HOUSE WITH IDEAL GARDEN FOR FAMILIES AND GROUPS (NEAR THE SEA)

Splendid and elegant independent villa, very comfortable, fresh and bright, in the village of San Vito lo Capo a few steps from the sea and the center which can be reached on foot in a few minutes. A few steps we can find commercial activities such as pharmacy, supermarket, greengrocer, delicatessen, bakery etc. Free parking in front of the house (with pass provided by us) and in front of the house there is a small open space for free parking of cars. The house can comfortably accommodate up to a maximum of 9 adults. Divided into 2 floors. On the 1st floor is the fully air conditioned sleeping area consisting of a bathroom, 3 independent double bedrooms. The rooms have a balcony or window with mosquito nets. On the ground floor we find the living area consisting of a bathroom with shower, independent kitchen equipped with dishes, pots, plates and glasses, large dining room with satellite TV and with 2 sofa beds, one double and one single and 1/2. The house has a garden with lawn, shaded with trees and palms where children can play freely; all equipped with sunbeds and deckchairs, we can also find a barbecue, the external masonry shower served by hot water. The house boasts 2 large shaded verandas, one equipped with a sofa and armchairs for relaxation, and the other equipped with table and chairs and finally a covered gazebo, also equipped with table and chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners . The house is ideal for families with children and groups.
For free we provide a baby bed and high chair. Upon request, we install the child safety gate at the stairway free of charge.
I AM ALWAYS AVAILABLE TO MEET THE REQUESTS OF TRAVELERS. At check in I show them the most beautiful places to visit, excursions and tips on how to best enjoy their holiday.
All prices are inclusive of utilities (running water, electricity, gas, air conditioning). Bed linen and towels on request.
It is intended to specify that running water will never be lacking in our home.
