The grounds belong to an extensive estate producing a renowned local red and white wine, honey and extra virgin olive oil. The accommodation is split in two units, each opening on to the large and fenced garden, with a lovely pergola ideal for outdoor meals. The annex also benefits of a beautiful built-in barbecue which will liven up your summer evenings.

Starting from the 2020 season, the villa will feature a fenced swimming-pool.

After arriving you will be greeted by the owner or manager where you’ll find a nice clean well-maintained property with views of the hills perfect for a splendid holiday in Tuscany. For your enjoyment you will find a private pool where you can relax while enjoying a nice cold beverage after a busy day of visiting museums. For your pleasure, on the grounds there is a playground and barbecue grill. If you enjoy cooking for family and friends there is a well-equipped kitchen including coffee machine, microwave, toaster, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to ten people. If you prefer to dine 'al fresco', there is a fully furnished garden where you can enjoy the weather while dining outdoors.
