Welcome to an organic-modern decorated, 1-bedroom apartment of the prestigious gated community of THE AVALON at Clearwater. The unit is on the main floor featuring a fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances and all kitchenware. The bedroom is furnished with a Queen size bed and additional sleeping space is available in the living room via a Queen size sleeper sofa bed. The spacious living room is equipped with a flat-screen 65 inch Smart TV with cable & Netflix and private high-speed Internet access.
The bedroom is also equipped with a 50 inch Smart TV with Netflix access only. An air purifier was recently added to the apartment to enhance the cleaning and sanitation of the unit between guests.

Relaxing winter getaway!

From the time we arrived and until we left we enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean and we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again if we decide to vacation in Clearwater Everything we wanted was at our disposal.

A Very Nice Place

Mihaela has a very nice, updated Condo that is truly centrally located to all other towns, restaurants, beaches, etc. In addition, the heated pool is magnificent A definite place to stay in the area. Prior to going, we were emailing regarding her favorite restaurants, etc.

I found this apartment in an excellent location being able to reach in less than 10 -15 min any attraction, restaurant, bar, or beach area.
Glorious sunshine by day and picturesque sunsets at dusk, miles of pearly white sugar sand beaches, clear blue gulf waters, an abundance of restaurants with fresh fish and seafood, and luxurious resorts with gulf coast views — there are so many reasons to fall in love with Clearwater Beach.
