I write this review based on value -- The price was reasonable, the location good. But the hot water wasn't that great (lukewarm at best) and the wifi almost unusable.

The couch is at the end of its useful life. The Wi-Fi signal is almost nonexistent in the living room. It is OK overall, neither bad nor excellent.

Location was great. People were very nice. Need to update things. One outlet in Master did not work. Both lamps in Master did not have working on/off switches. Had to unplug/plug in to turn on/off. No paper towels. No Hot water in master bathroom.
