Tiny FARM Cottage - POOL - 30 Min to BEACH
Enjoy this beautiful, cottage / studio apartment. Perfect little getaway space for 2 or 3. Only 30 -45 minutes from all beaches or enjoy the pool your entire stay. Our little cottage is surrounded by fields with cows grazing just across the street. You'll wake up to chickens anxious to get out of their coop and Lucy. the turkey, peeking in your window. In the evenings, the firepit is available to light and the pool (open by Memorial Day) is available for a quiet nighttime swim.

We love our home, but our kids are growing up and out, so now we can share our extra spaces with YOU!! We are self-employed owning several companies. Howard (Howdy) owns a construction business and Renee maintains state and federal government contracts, a uniform company and an inflatable products company. BUSY! BUSY! BUSY!!
Why they chose this property
We are the perfect mix of country farm life not far from the beach. 2.5 acres of little farmette on a quiet residential street, surrounded by cornfields. But still only two miles from all the major fast food chains, grocery store and many great little shops and restaurants. And when you're ready for some sun and sand, the beaches are only 30 minutes away. We have very cute and friendly dogs and cats for you to enjoy during your stay. And also LOTS chickens if you really want a little country living while you're here. I do have EGGS FOR SALE! $5/dozen.
And LUCY the turkey has become a major attraction!
