Situated in a quiet development with limited traffic and a peaceful walking area. Accessible, open spaces with ramps and grab bars. 2388 sq. ft. single-family home with four bedrooms and two bathrooms on a 0.34-acre lot. Bedsheets, blankets, quilts, comforters, continental and sleeping pillows, towel sets, bathroom rugs — included in the nightly rate and washed after each guest.

Features include eco-friendly, low-VOC finishing and high-quality hardwood bamboo flooring; new furniture for four bedrooms (king, king + twin, queen, queen); two full bathrooms with porcelain floor tiles; and living areas including a dining room, kitchen with island, living room, fireplace room, laundry room, yoga/sun room, open deck with grill area, and a closed porch with outdoor furniture. Blackout curtains in the bedrooms, and tubular skylights in the bathrooms and fireplace room.

Spacious driveway and two-car garage. Thoughtfully designed and landscaped, the backyard and front yard are decorated with various mini-gardens.

Go crabbing on the Indian River Bay: Enjoy a beautiful day on the water by trying your luck catching blue crabs from the Rosedale public crabbing pier, just minutes away!

Things to know:
- Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
- Check-out time: 11:00 a.m.
- All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
- No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere on the premises.
- Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an acknowledgement is required before final check-in information is made available.
- Security camera details: PTZ cameras overlooking the parking space and public-view entrance.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
VRBO will email the Welcome guide to the guests 3 days before they check in. The welcome guide is also available in the Vrbo app. Access, check-in, and checkout instructions are released 3 days before check-in, but all other information is available as soon as they book.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Run the dishwasher wash dishes/pans if they have been used (leave no dishes in the sink). Make sure all water faucets are turned off and no running water-based appliances are working before you left.
Please do not leave food in the refrigerator or freezer when you leave as it will be discarded. Also, please do not adjust the refrigerator’s temperature settings for your stay. Turn-off mini-splits.
Make sure all windows are pulled up carefully and locked Make sure all exterior doors are locked PLEASE LEAVE TRASH IN THE BIN IN THE GARAGE ALL WITH THE LIDS TIGHTLY CLOSED!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The nightly rate is initially set for 6 guests with $50 per night per guest exceeding the base number. House can accommodate up to 8 people short-term
In compliance with the Del Security Deposits Rules, the sec. deposit for the long-term rental is 1 (one) month paid rate. Min age for long-term is 25
No types of weapons, firearms, flamethrowers, smoking/vaping, or drugs are allowed on the premises or community soil. Quiet hours: 10 p.m. - 8 a.m.

Perfect Family Rental

Very spacious family accommodations with 2 king size beds (which was happily unexpected), 2 Queens and a twin. Property Manager was extremely responsive and helpful! Neighborhood is very quiet and nice distance to beaches and shopping, but away from the chaos. Highly recommend!

Very cozy. I enjoyed using the beach chairs and ping pong table. The kitchen had plenty of appliances and dishes. The shower is very nice. Good communication with the host. Hope to come back!

Great stay!

The house was clean, beautiful, and in a great location. The neighborhood is very cute and quiet. Both the inside and outside of the house are decorated beautifully. The seating areas outside were a favorite for my group! The host was great about responding to messages. Overall I highly recommend!

The house was very comfortable, nicely decorated and very clean. I mainly chose this property because I am physically disabled. Unfortunately when we arrived it was apparent we could not safely use the ramp with a wheelchair or rollator because it was too steep. Also the showers did not have grab bars nor a safety mat in the stall, and towel racks were too high.

Excellent vacation experience!!! The property was so clean, and decorated so cutely!! The home made me feel like I was home, not in a hotel. It had everything you needed. Spacious, great backyard, great amenities. The owner was very helpful and communicative in every aspect. Every time I reached out to him, he answered within an hour. I loved this rental and would recommend it for anyone looking for a great vacation rental , close to Rehoboth Beach (only a 25 minute drive). My friends and I loved it.

Clean quiet place!

House was spectacularly clean!! Has every thing you need for cooking and preparing anything in the kitchen! Very spacious . Could use more living room furniture. The host was waiting for us when we got there and there was a little miss communication on their end . Overall a great place to stay 45 minutes from beaches.

Attention to detail

This property has a lot of nice touches. The owner provides a lot of little extras. It's in a quiet suburban neighborhood near the bay, a 20 to 40 minute drive to the beaches depending on the traffic. There are grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The property was very comfortable, beds were cozy, plenty of space, lots of places to sit, with room to spread out. The kitchen is small but very functional and well positioned. There are a lot of cameras on the outside entrances of course, the owner watches carefully so you may need to reassure them about who is coming and going. There's a nice yard and fire pit and lovely landscaping, back porch, front porch and screened in porch. Perfect for a family to share.
