We had such a wonderful stay! The house was spotless, comfortable, and felt like a true home away from home. Tom was an exceptional host—super responsive, friendly, and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Would absolutely stay here again!

Less than ideal

The house was well equipped for our needs and comfortably furnished. However the air conditioning was very loud, we had a problem with the bathroom door and water, which was quickly resolved. However we saw at least 1 mouse and ants in every room that got into our food.

Cute house close to shops, mini golf and Rehoboth

We have a great stay at this house. Rooms on both ends of the house made for enough space for everyone to relax in their rooms after a day of exploration. Living room, kitchen and dining room in the middle of the house plus a nice big sun porch. House was clean and well stocked kitchen. Kids had their own bathroom while I had mine which made for getting ready easier. Lewes beach, Fort Miles (WW2 battery) and Rehoboth Boardwalk/beach all about 20 minutes away. Fun mini golf, go karts and water park all about 10 minutes away. Rehoboth Boardwalk and Fort Miles were our favorites. Would highly recommend.
