House of 132 m² in peace with open living space, garden, jacuzzi and barbecue, close to the ocean, the forest, the lake of Soustons, and the cycle tracks. The shops are 2 kms away. Soustons beach is 8 kms and the bike path is 800m.
Housing
Large open living room with living room and equipped kitchen (central island that can accommodate 7 people at the table). A bedroom with a double bed, a triple bedroom upstairs and a master suite with dressing room, private bathroom and terrace. Outdoor garden with two terraces, a jacuzzi and a dog kennel. Nice quiet house, not overlooked, close to the ocean, the forest, the lake and the sailing club. Shops are accessible at 2 kms. Soustons beach is 8 kms away. Take your bikes and set off to explore Soustons and the surrounding area on the cycle paths accessible 800 m from the house. The house can accommodate a large family or several families and friends. A travel cot with mattress, a high chair, a bath and a changing table are also available to parents. Pets are welcome and will enjoy the garden. The jacuzzi is heated and a barbecue is available.
