About this property

Waterfront condo fully equipt, 5 min only to the beach!

The condo provides a kitchen with a refrigerator, an oven, a stovetop, a dishwasher and a microwave. The unit has 2 TVs, 2 DVD player, and guests can also use a washing machine, a dryer inside of the unit.
The one bedroom appartement was fully renovated in July 2019. He has now a brand new king size bed with a very confortable mattress (orthopedic and cooling). The floor is new (tiles) and the living room as redesign with a new couch, a new TV set and a new coffee table. The guests will enjoy a great view from the 2 balconies. 2 chairs and 2 tables are located on each balcony. The decoration is brand new too.
Guests will finds toys and all the equipment for the beach. Towels are provided too!

The apartment has two balconies. From one of them you can see the Golf of Mexico.
The second balcony overlooks the marina.
If you want to eat breakfast while the dolphins or manatee are playing and admire the sunrise this is the best place in Clearwater Beach!

The location! All the best restaurant and famous Pier 60 is within walking distance.
You won't regret your stay. We put all our efforts to have a place that we can enjoy during our vacations and this places can be yours too!

We enjoyed our stay and the owner is very easy to communicate with. The provided beach cart is much needed item as it made the 5 minute walk to the beach easy.

I have nothing negative to say about this property. Comfy sofa and bed, awesome view and so close to the beach. Check-in was a breeze. I highly recommend this condo rental!

Great vacation condo

It’s a nice condo in a great location. We had some issues with the door lock and garbage disposal, but the owner was awesome in communicating with us and helped us step by step to fix the issues. Very responsive and helpful! When we arrived, the condo was not cleaned well, so I communicated this to the owner, James, and he has been in contact with cleaning agency to help try to get the cleaning fee refunded. Great condo and wonderful owners, even sent my grand daughter a gift for our troubles! Close proximity to beach and eateries.

We had an amazing week! Check-in and communication was outstanding and easy. The place was very clean on arrival and has everything you’ll need! The views and location are fantastic. Close enough to walk anywhere, but also away from the busy and noisy beachfront. The pool is nice and the property is well maintained. The beach cart with toys, chairs, and umbrella was a game changer. Very satisfied and happy with our stay! Zero complaints from a perfect week in Clearwater!

Enjoyed a nice quiet week in this condo. Only 5 minute walk to beach. Great view of harbor and bright, updated condo with two balconies. Walked to beach and restaurants. I will tell my friends about this place.

in the summer of 2017 we went to Clearwater Beach and we felt in love with the place. Because Clearwater Beach is a great place for families and children, we decided to buy a property there. This way we can enjoy the summer all year round when we can!
