This home far exceeded our expectations! Our grandchildren loved the game room and their bedrooms and said it was the best house we have stayed in yet. Communication with the host was easy and quickly responded to. Our family of 10 was very comfortable in this home and would definitely stay again!

We had a party of 10 stay and had ample space for all. The 2 washers/dryers were so beneficial with having to wash bathing suits and pool towels after our daily dips in the pool and hot tub! The game room was a hit! We had so much fun and the proximity to Disney was wonderful!

The game room and pool were a big hit with my grandkids. Waterpark was included and we went there for a few hours. We preferred using the pool at the house. Host very responsive with any concerns.

This was a perfect fit for our family! The house looked just as the pictures. The living space was cozy and comfortable for those nights we did stay in. We had a blast in the pool and were in the hot tub every night- both worked perfectly. The walk to the clubhouse was relaxing and not far. The playground is also right down the road. It was a great location and great place to stay all around!

Everything was really good except deliveries and drivers kept going to the wrong address. They were confusing the number 7 with number 1 in the neighborhood. Not sure how to clarify that to help with future stays.

I am sorry to hear just now that you had issues with food delivery companies. I have never heard any issues from any previous guests and there is a large address sign and also numbers on the house. This is a first and we own 9 homes in Windsor Hills and know most owners as well. Unfortunately you must of used a poor food delivery driver I am sorry that happened but sadly giving us a poor review over a delivery driver in unfortunate since you loved our home.

Everything was wonderful even with the very crazy freezing temperatures..the house was cozy and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were clean and stayed nice temperatures on the days that were freezing. Great communication because when we asked someone to come check the hot tub they came out right away. The game room was a huge hit!! So much fun!! It was a perfect home to stay in between park days.

This home was probably our favorite we have ever stayed in. When we arrived the pool looked cloudy so we tested it and it said there was no chlorine. The host immediately sent the pool person out within the hour! We were very pleased with the quick response and action. The beds are very comfortable. The house was clean had everything we needed. The game room was lots of fun for the kids. Very close to all the parks and very close to Walmart. We would definitely stay here again. You won’t be disappointed!

Great House. Great Location.

The layout of the house was great for our large group of 11. The kids enjoyed the warm pool and game room with plenty to do. There were some things that could use some TLC like a stuck door knob and a bed frame that was missing a piece. The house uses a hot water tank in case you’re curious. We loved the neighborhood setting and ability to walk to the clubhouse. Thank you for opening up your house to us!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The home was incredibly comfortable and had everything we needed…it truly felt like a home away from home! Everything was clean, well-organized, and made it so easy to settle in and relax. The arcade was such a fun bonus and a huge hit with the kids, and they had the best time in the pool. We also really enjoyed the community amenities as well! The pool house was fantastic, and everything was well-maintained and worked perfectly. The location couldn’t have been better-super convenient and close to everything, which made getting around Orlando a breeze. On top of all that, the host was amazing. Communication was excellent from start to finish…quick, helpful, and friendly, which made the whole experience even smoother. We wouldn’t hesitate for a second to book this property again and highly recommend it to anyone. Such a great stay!
