Perfect home for big families

We stayed at this property for 8 days, and honestly, it was AMAZING! From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found the perfect place for our family vacation. We had such a wonderful time not only at the theme parks but also enjoying everything this incredible home and resort had to offer. There was truly something for everyone—the beautiful pool, relaxing hot tub, fun game room, and the amazing resort waterpark kept our family entertained every day. It was the perfect place to unwind, spend quality time together, and make unforgettable family memories. ❤️ The house was exceptionally clean, incredibly spacious, comfortable, and had everything we could have wanted. We absolutely loved our stay and didn’t want to leave! I’ve already saved this property to my favorites, and we will DEFINITELY be coming back for our annual Orlando family vacation! If you’re looking for the perfect family getaway, I highly recommend this place. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely amazing! This was a family trip filled with all the amenities

This was our 2nd time staying at ABC Dreams properties and we can't get enough! Excellent home my grandsons loved the game room and we all enjoyed the pool. We stayed at the Neverland home in 2025 and the Wonderland for 2026. We are looking forward to the other homes to book for our future family vacations. The owners are extremely accommodating and always available Location to all Disney and Universal parks was close and convenient. My family was able to experience for the first time Rain Forest Cafe and it was amazing!!! Thank you Kristy for being so accommodating to me and my family.

Our stay was wonderful. Everything was as described. We were there with our kids and grandkids and everyone enjoyed it. The arcade room was a hit with everyone as was the pool.

Wonderland is Wonderful

This is our second time staying in one of Kristy’s vacation homes in Windsor Hills. We intend to come back again and again. So far, this is our favorite house and we enjoyed our stay so much! Everything you want is here. Everything. Lots of space, very clean, privacy, amenities, too much to list. Other rentals we’ve stayed at require extra money for pool heat, or you have to bring your own dishwasher & laundry soap. Other houses you have to rent the grill. Not here! Free pool heat, free grill use, and fully stocked dishwasher soap, trash bags, etc. It seems like a small thing, but it’s that much less you have to pay for. Our family enjoyed the pool and hot tub, as well as the poolside basketball hoop very much. We had daily competitions for high scores on skeeball and the arcade basketball, too. Everyone appreciated the themed rooms, and not just the kid-themed ones! We felt at home here on our vacation, and were sad to leave. We would definitely stay at Wonderland again.

The Wonderland house was exactly what we needed for our trip. It was cozy, comfortable, and truly felt like a home away from home. We honestly wished we had more time to enjoy the space. We would absolutely love to stay here again and look forward to booking in the future!

We had a great time at this house and would go again! I would recommend some storage space like a dresser in the King room downstairs. Best features were game room and the backyard with privacy screening. Hosts responded quickly to any issues. Good location within the complex approx 10 min walk from Club House. The complex is very safe, great for teens. Highly recommend if you want to get away from the craziness of the parks after a long day.

We took our family of 10, mostly adults and teens to Florida and this home was perfect for our needs! The common spaces were clean & nicely decorated but also very comfortable and welcoming. Tvs through out for our gaming kids and movie nights. That game room was such a hit with all ages. The attention to details in each bedroom made them all special but Alice and Pirates, chef's kiss! I love a room that can feel elevated and whimsical without being cheesy or repetitive.Our host Kristy was great. We were able to contact her throughout our stay for any questions and she was prompt and professional always. The local manager, Chai, was a pleasure as well. They helped us with a grill issue and fixed it next day! Replaced a shower rod that wasn't holding up and worked with our schedule to manage delivery of some mattresses that were getting upgraded. (We had zero complaints about the beds, mattresses, or comfort in any of the rooms.) Top notch service all around. Even after our return Chai is helping get my grandson's abandoned eye glasses returned to him. We loved our stay and as a family that does a VRBO home vacation each year we know when we find a gem!

Great host. Disney being so close was great. Especially after being at the parks all day. Home was great! We were a family of 12 staying and it fit us all perfectly in the bedrooms. Home and the area were beautiful and safe. Kids enjoyed the pool in the evenings while parents enjoyed the hot tub. Great home to stay!

Nice Place!

The neighborhood felt very safe, the pool was warm, there were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, fun game room, easy check-in procedure, close to attractions, good communication with hosts.

We were a party of 8, ranging from 8 to 80 and we had the best time ever staying in this stunning house! There was an amazing games room for the kids (and some of the adults! )The 2 sitting areas allowed for some quiet time, and the pool area and outside space were enjoyed by all and provided lots of lovely memories. Would highly recommend !!

Great For Disney Trip!

This house was large enough for the whole group to spread out (4 adults and 3 kids). Kids loved the game room and the Alice in Wonderland room was a big hit!

Wonderful time in Wonderland!

The home was absolutely beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and clean. Though a couple of incidents occured during our stay, the owner (Kristy) was very responsive and worked to ensure matters were resolved. The game room is amazing! We had a wonderful time and would definitely book this home again!
