Perfect weekend getaway

My husband and I returned here for the second year in a row to celebrate our anniversary! We enjoyed how scenic and peaceful the property was. We will be back again next year!

Lovely Stay

My Husband and I love this place, Mrs. Willene was wonderful and even waited up for us to get there as we were arriving later than expected. Its less than a quarter mile from the Deer Lodge which is our favorite restaurant. The cabin is on the river just as pictured and provides everything you need to enjoy the view and scenery. They provide a grill, firepit, tables and even firewood for the pit. We had a peaceful relaxing stay, and it was just what we needed. thank you for everything and i can't wait to visit again.

Mountain cabin get away

We had a wonderful time. Owner was there to meet us and give us a tour of the property and information along with directions to the local sites. Husband was a little disappointed when he found out he couldn’t fish in the creek, but we found other things to do. Bed was very comfortable and they had recliners in the living room which were comfortable but difficult to close to get up. There was only small TV 20-21”would have been nice if it was a little bigger. I would absolutely recommend this cabin to friends and family. It was just what we needed.

Georgia great

The cabin was in a perfect location. To travel to Helen, NC, see the natural sites such as waterfalls and Indian mounds were all easy and quick from the clean and lovely location. The property was extremely lovely with a backyard mountain stream, bq grill, tables,chairs and fire pit. I hope to return to Hiawassee again and will 100% rebook here.
