Come see what the Space Cost has to offer! Kennedy Space Center, 45 min. to Disney, beautiful beaches and Port Canaveral. You won't believe the view of this South Cocoa Beach house. The most relaxing place in town!! NO SMOKING!! NO WEDDINGS! 3/2, two queens, one twin and queen beds also a pullout couch. Full kitchen! Direct ocean with a large deck out back. Located in south Cocoa Beach!

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
Please rinse off beach accessories that were used and return to the downstairs garage
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
May 1- October 31 turtle nesting season. All blinds must be shut by 9:00pm and no outside lights on on the deck! You will be fined!

Do not check in earlier than 4:00 without communicating with owner. YOU WILL BE CHARGED $50

We loved the house! and its location cannot be beat. Our view of the ocean and beach was spectacular. It was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed, and more. It was so well equipped with cookware, dishes and utensils. We brought many items that we never unpacked. Debby was very helpful and quick to respond when needed. We have no complaints about our stay, the house or anything. We wouldn’t hesitate ti rent this house again. We had a wonderful experience!

Weekend getaway

We came for a family event and fell in love with the ocean and Florida. This house has everything (and more) a family beach vacation would need. Great location, beautiful scenery, clean beach. Hope to be back again someday. Thank you Debby for sharing your gorgeous home.

Love being right at the Beach!

Really comfy house right on the beach! We loved it!There is big construction behind that didn’t bother us but I’m sure will have an affect at some point. We would definitely stay again!

Family getaway

This was a great place to spend a few days over the Christmas holiday! We really enjoyed the proximity to the beach. We visited several good restaurants in Cocoa Beach. The property itself was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the ocean!

The location was absolutely fabulous. The house had a large deck that was beachfront, and the hostess had plentiful outside seating along with beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys to enjoy the water.The kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking utensils and tools you could need, even a Crockpot. The dishwasher was not functional, so we had to wash all the dishes by hand, much to our disappointment. Because the kitchen is so well stocked, there isn't a lot of space to store the food items you may bring, but she also had many spices and creamer so that you would be able to cook a meal without needing those items. The listing does warn that there are stairs, but renters should know that the third bedroom is in the lower level and accessible via very narrow spiral stairs. They would not be suitable for less mobile travelers. Because that room is lower and we were there in the humid season, a dehumidifier must run at all times and needed emptied about every 16-18 hours. The house is definitely one I would recommend.

Hi, thanks for the review. The cleaning people ran the dishwasher the day of your arrival and it worked. I offered to have a new one installed while you were there but you said no. The new dishwasher has been installed. I don't believe there is a dehumidifier that can keep up with the FL. humidity. The one I have is very small and its just there as an added feature. Glad you enjoyed our piece of paradise!
