This beautiful lake duplex unit is directly across the lake from campus. It has access to over 600 feet of lake frontage. It is walking distance to the Clemson Marina, across the lake from the golf course and campus and mountain views.
There are trails for hiking, bike riding, swimming, boating. You will have quick access to the stadium and University via boat or a short drive.
Bring your boat, skis, golf clubs etc. Unit is fully furnished.
