😎 Spacious Lake Hartwell home with cozy cabin appeal, 15 mins to Clemson🐯 WiFi

Lake Front House with large master on main with king sized bed, walk-in closet and a full bath. Main level has a 25' vaulted ceiling with exposed beams, two-story windows, wood-burning stone fireplace, large fully-stocked kitchen with all new appliances, butcher-block island, breakfast bar, and a dining room.
The loft bedroom includes a queen sized bed, two twin beds, and a full bath. Loft area also has a pull-out couch with twin mattress and view of the lake.
Basement level has a king sized bed and pull-out sofa, full bath plus a game room with pool table, 55” LED 4K Roku TV, Wii video game system and lots of board games.
There is an 800 sq/ft deck overlooking the lake with plenty of patio furniture to relax in and enjoy the view. Motion lights on all sides of the house to help in the night. Covered outdoor grilling area on the lakeside of the house with gas and charcoal grills.
There is a large driveway with loop and parking area. Additional parking available on backside of the house if you don't want to use it as a basketball court.
Gentile short slope to a two-story dock with 12' x 16' deck on top, a swimming dock on the side and a swimming ladder.
High-Speed Wi-Fi and internet access is included.
8 People can sleep in beds, 3 in the pull-outs (1 in loft, 2 in queen on main floor), there are 2 couches and plenty of room for air mattresses for a Maximum of 10 overnight guests.
3 Kayaks are available, 2) Adult Kayaks with fishing features and 1) Child Kayak.
Our place is a pet friendly house but there is a fee of $95 per pet, per stay (2 pets maximum). This is due to the extra cleaning it takes to clean up the pet hair and the cleaning service charges us extra for this.
We have security cameras for the protection of our house. Cameras are located outside the house mounted in front of the outside doors.
We do have the ability to accommodate large groups such as family reunions, corporate functions or fishing club tournaments by renting the 2 houses next to us, #1150252vb and #3685237, if all three houses are available.

The property is a beautiful lake house situated on a peaceful, pretty lake. The house is even larger than the photos make it seem. The property owners are gracious and easy to communicate with. Our experience was excellent.

My family stayed here for my daughter's graduation. It was a great location; easy to get to campus for events and restaurants. What a wonder home. My family stayed here for my daughter’s graduation from Clemson in Dec. Kevin and Cris were terrific hosts. We had a great time and found some time to enjoy some of the holiday events in the area as well. If back in Clemson we would stay here again.

Even Better Than the Pictures! – Peaceful, Fun, and Fully Stocked

We stayed for 7 days and had an absolutely fabulous time! The property was even more beautiful than the pictures, and the house had everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was fully stocked and easy to navigate, and the beds were very comfortable. We had a great time as a family enjoying the basketball hoop and pool table, and the dock was a perfect spot to relax. The home is located on a quiet part of the lake, so we didn’t hear boat traffic around the clock, which made it even more peaceful. The owners were incredibly easy to communicate with and made everything seamless. Highly recommend!

We are a middle-aged couple with a 14 year old son. Kevin is originally from Montana and Cris from Texas. We live and work in the Greenville area and Love this area. We like the outdoors and enjoy various outdoor activities. We purchased this house in June of 2017 and planned from the start to make it a vacation rental. We Love this Home and plan to retire here in 8 years!

Why they chose this property

This is a quiet location. Not a lot of boat traffic and the neighborhood is very peaceful. The lake offers great fishing, boating, swimming and fun, fun, fun. New high-speed Wi-Fi and Internet became available and put icing on the cake.

What makes this property unique

When at the Lake House we feel secluded in a peaceful, natural environment ready to enjoy the lake life, grill our favorite meals and entertain family and friends, yet we are only 10 minutes from Seneca and 15 minutes from Clemson where we can enjoy urban entertainment, good restaurants and the Clemson Tigers.
We have the Best of Both Worlds.
