STEPS TO THE BEACH FROM, 'COZY BEACH COTTAGE

Please remove your shoes and put on your flip flops because it is just a walk to the beach from "The Cozy Beach Cottage". Nestled in between the Intracoastal Waterway and Gulf Boulevard, beautiful white sand beach of Treasure Island are across the street. Enjoy the docile blue green waters of the Gulf. Fishing is steps away. Spend relaxing meditative moments with the one you love. Newly renovated, with fully equipped granite top kitchen, custom travertine shower. $150.00 PET FEE

The space
The location is very private and yet conveniently located to all of the popular night spots, along with all of the festivities that Treasure Island is known. About less than 3/4 of a mile south of Johns Pass.

Other things to note
I have a $150 pet fee. If the dog is small I can lower it a bit depending on the dog.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
