About the host

Host profile image
I am classically trained artist who loves nature. I live in both Fairfax and Truckee California. I have traveled and studied art in Europe. I love cycling, hike and gardening.

Why they chose this property

After living in Lake Tahoe for 22 years I moved to Marin California because I was always enchanted by the gentle beauty, abundance of flowers, wildlife and love the proximity to San Francisco. The town of Fairfax is a very special place, people walk to town at nights, share fruit from there gardens on the side of the road and cyclist flock to it’s cafes and trails on weekends, and the weather is ideal!

What makes this property unique

I feel in love with this property immediately with it’s walls of glass, I feel close to nature at all times. I love being able to walk to town and rarely use my car when I am home, well except when I go to the museums, or dinner in the City, or Point Reyes...did I tell you about the cheese at Marin French Cheese Company!
