Good location

The property was smaller than i thought, but that is California. The house was very clean and fully equipped. Walking distance to some great places (SBPM). Only issue was that there were no local channels or information on how the tv worked. There is no air and we happened to be there the hottest week of the decade. Fans would have been nice. Luckily it cooled down at night. Overall a good rental. Owner was extremely responsive to all our questions.
