2100 square foot one level ranch style home (no stairs or steps) with three (3) Queen bedrooms and two (2) Full baths plus one (1) extra twin bed. Internet Wi Fi on premises. Wood burning fireplace insert. Large dining room so everyone has a seat at the table. 700 square foot family room with breakfast and game table. Winter Lake view from back deck. Ample parking for cars and boat. Residential area with many full time residents. Easy access to the water's edge or drive 2 miles to Snake Creek Marina or Army Corps Campground & Park with beach area. Paved road to recreation areas. Home is 2 miles West of Hwy 82, Cookson, OK 74427.

Tenkiller at cookson

Well appointed. Perfect for those with mobility issues. Lots of games and open space for visiting. Kitchen was ery nice with everything you need.

Lots of room!

The place was super clean everything we needed was provided. Sure close to Snake Creek Marina. I would advise NOT to bring a large boat trailer to the house. While there is ample parking not really suitable for trailers.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at this immaculate Cookson property! The house is very roomy and easily accommodated our group. The living areas and kitchen are perfect for enjoying large family meals after enjoying the beautiful scenery on the spacious back deck. After spending a full day, the beds were extremely comfortable. The entire property was very clean and the host was super accommodating! We will definitely be back and hope to spend many more wonderful weekends here as we are frequent Tenkiller visitors! Thank you for a very memorable Memorial Weekend!!

Wonderful relaxing getaway

An easy process of selecting and renting. The home was very spacious and very clean. Could of accommodated many more than our six person party. The view and setting was fantastic. We were close enough to other nearby activities but still able to feel we had gotten away.

Lake Vacation

This property is in a great location. It is not hard to find at all, and it is easy to get to the marina from the house. The size of the house is perfect and easily accommodated our 5 person party. I highly recommend this house for your lake vacation!

The quietness is priceless. Not being a thru street means few cars to disturb the sound of song birds.

What makes this property unique

Spacious living space. An outdoor charcoal grill makes hamburgers the old fashion way....delicious. There is access to the water's edge through the backyard and down the hill to the boat docks.
