About this property

Lovely home near old town

I love this nice quiet neighborhood. We are very close to old town, where there are great shops, restaurants, NM culture and lots of fun to be had. We are close to museums and Explora. The zoo and botanical gardens are a short drive away. Hotel Albuquerque and Hotel Chaco are close by in case you are attending a wedding or conference. The Sawmill Market is a new set of shops across the street from hotel chaco and are a lot of fun. We are located in a great area, close to many things or just a short drive to them!! We look forward to hosting you!!

Cozy and close!

Great location. Whether it be groceries breweries, etc. things are nearby if you need it. The space was just right and the kids loved it. Would definitely stay here, again.

Perfect location

We were attending a wedding in Old Town and this home was the perfect location. Only a couple blocks away. Prefect size for the 6 of us. The Murphy bed was great so teenagers didn't have to share a room.

Albuquerque Staycation

We live in a near by community but wanted just a little getaway. The home was just as described. Clean and comfortable. Close to all the places we love to go! Old Town, Hotel Chaco, Hotel Albuquerque, the Sawmill District! Just a short Uber ride to anywhere in Albuquerque.! We Ubered to Sandia Casino for the Blues and Brews Beerfest! Perfect location! Would definitely stay here when we want a little getaway near home!

Great Location, Everything You Need

We took a 10 day trip to explore northern New Mexico, using ABQ as our launch point. The property had everything we needed, and was central to all the things we wanted to do so it worked out perfectly.

Nice home for large family

We loved that the house was sparkling clean. Host provided everything we needed from a complete kitchen, extra pillows, blankets, towels, and much more. The house was even decorated for Christmas including a Christmas tree and table decoration.

Great house in Old Town Albuquerque!

House was spacious and comfortable with a two car garage. Walking distance to Old Town Albuquerque and in a quaint neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay!!
