The patio has an Outdoor kitchen, Bar, BBQ grill, sink, & gas Fire pit. 3 bedrooms w/ 6 beds: 1-king, 2-double, 2-twin, 1-queen self inflatable air mattress. The living room and master bedroom have 8 sliding glass doors that open to the patio and has views of the city & mountains. Everything in this home is brand new, this house has never been lived in. This property is the ideal retreat is for 1-2 guests or a family of 10 seeking a comfortable and relaxing stay with breathtaking views next to the fire pit.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please leave the garage door opener on the kitchen dining room table.
Please lock all 4-sliding glass doors, back door, and make sure the garage door is closed, and lock the front door.
To lock front door enter code and turn the lock left (counter clock wise). If you only enter the code and don’t turn the lock the door will not lock.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
