Seagull Condominiums unit 1110 is an eleventh floor 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom vacation rental located on Mustang Island. The master bedroom has a king size bed, private attached bathroom with walk in shower and bidet, and private patio facing the Gulf of Mexico. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third has two twin beds. Both of these bedrooms have a private adjoining patio that faces the Corpus Bay. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking up your special catch from any of the Port Aransas Fishing adventures. You can also enjoy views of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room or the balcony off of the living room. There is a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space. Tile flooring throughout. This Condo sleeps 8.
*** A deposit of first night rate, plus tax and $35 non-refundable fee is required and will be charged at time of reservation booking.

Refreshing Break

We stayed in this wonderful apartment for a long weekend. The apartment was perfect - fully equipped and spotlessly clean. The views are fantastic. We loved to hear the roar of the waves and enjoyed long walks on the beach. We hope to return soon.

This condo is absolutely beautiful! It's even more beautiful than the pictures portray. It's right on the beach. Easy short walk to the waves. Gorgeous view. The property managers and maintenance workers were very helpful. The place was equipped with almost everything you will need. Tip to Future renters: if you need hangers bring them. There's lots of big closet space but only a couple hangers. And there's only one frying pan. There's a lot of other kitchen essentials but only one frying pan. They do have a grill pan that I used to make bacon but it was very tricky/sticky. So if you're planning to make bacon and eggs for breakfast, pack a frying pan. Otherwise, fantastic stay!

Great location on the beach!

Enjoyed a great vacation with family on the beach in room 1110! This penthouse had amazing ocean and inland views. Each room had a balcony. Will definitely rent again in the future.

Beautiful beachfront condo

We loved this amazing condo for the 4th of July weekend. Wall of windows in living room and master with Ocean/beach view. Comfy beds, nice furniture with serene, coastal colors. We would love to stay here again!

Great weekend getaway!

Took the family out and enjoyed the stay. Kid friendly. Clean condo. Beach was a walk away. Showers outside the lobby available. Employees were helpful when needed. Had everything inside. Thank you! We’ll be coming back!
