Lavacherie: Maison de Charme - Le Bockaissart Lavacherie

Renovated in May 2013, this former farm has a unique atmosphere.
The stone ensures authenticity, white brings the sunshine in and the exposed beams and wooden floors give a warm character.

This cottage for 4 people (2 bedrooms) with a lounge (Internet - wood burner in living and dining room) and a dining room.
The kitchen (with dishwasher) gives direct access to the terrace which is south facing which means that you can eat in the sun - when the party anyway. (Enclosed Garden)
On the mezzanine is still a smaller salon, a more intimate space with sitting.

Bockaissart is a dead end street in Lavacherie-sur-Ourthe. It is extremely peaceful and quiet. You will love the atmosphere and probably hard to leave.

The cottage has a fenced back garden where the dogs could be left unsupervised. The wooden and tiled floor area makes getting rid of pet hair easy. The surroundings are very pet friendly as the cottage is located on a quiet side road with easily accesible paths for walks.

Heel vriendelijke en behulpzame gastheer. Mooi en schoon huisje dat van alle gemakken voorzien is. Het ligt in een hele rustige omgeving. Heeft een klein supermarktje in het dorp. Leuke dorpjes in de omgeving. Kortom....heerlijk genoten en voor herhaling vatbaar.

Tolles Haus

Sehr schönes Haus, entspricht den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, der Ofen ist das Highlight. Gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und eine leckere Suppe zur Begrüßung. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Verblijf Lavacherie

Welkom door eigenaar Patrick was plezierig, aardig en behulpzaam. Huisje was alles wat we er van hadden verwacht. Een bijkomende bonus was dat de tuin omheind is. Heel fijn met de honden. Prachtige omgeving om daarna weer in een heerlijk warm en gezellig huisje terug te komen. Wij komen zeker terug

Heerlijk en sfeervol vakantiehuis dicht bij mooie wandelgebieden

Een warm welkom door Patrick in een heerlijke en sfeervolle vakantiewoning. Goed geregeld met vertrouwen en service. Natuurlijk met zalig pannetje soep van zijn moeder in de koelkast. Na het wandelen genieten bij de open haard, gewoon top.

De foto's geven een perfecte indruk van het huis, Prachtig gerenoveerd / verbouwd. Een super vriendelijke eigenaar die langs kwam om uitleg te geven. En zoals in vele andere positieve recensies te lezen, kan ik bevestigen dat de soep klaar staat. In de directe omgeving zijn een aantal wandelroutes. Perfekter Urlaub!

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier. Das Haus und die Umgebung sind phantastisch. Die Begrüßung durch die Mutter des Vermieters ist sehr nett und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne ein drittes Mal!

Wunderbar!

Der beste Urlaub seit langem! Das Haus ist perfekt gelegen: absolut ruhig (man hört nur Vögel und Grillen, ab und an mal eine Kuh oder Pferd) inmitten schöner Natur. Mehrere Wanderwege starten direkt vor dem Haus. Und das Haus selber ist auch wundervoll und schön eingerichtet.

Prachtig huis met originele details

Sfeervol huis en van alle gemakken voorzien. De verhuurders zijn erg vriendelijk. Gastvrijheid en dienstverlening staan hoog in het vaandel. Ze zijn ons heel erg tegemoet gekomen toen wij hun hulp nodg hadden. Prijzenswaardig !

Fijn verblijf

Fijn huis, prachtige omgeving, redelijke bedden/matrassen. Redelijk schoon. Fijne ligbedden voor in de tuin. Erg veel vliegen in het huis, meer dan wij gewend zijn in de Belgische Ardennen. Stofzuiger was nergens te vinden, na achteraf contact met de eigenaar blijkt dat deze onder het bed verstopt lag.

Es ist alles so wie angeboten

Sehr netter Empfang, gute, hilfreiche Kontaktaufnahme im Vorfeld, gute Einweisung des Vermieters. Haus und Umgebung sind so, wie sie angekündigt worden sind. Ruhige, idyllische Lage, ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Im Ort selber ist alles, was man braucht. Guter Bäcker, guter Schlachter und ein kleiner Supermarkt. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.

mooi vakantiehuis op mooie rustige plek

Wij hebben een hele fijne tijd gehad in het mooie verzorgde huis met omheinde tuin waar onze hond zich naar hartelust kon uitleven. Hele mooie omgeving en je loopt er zo het bos in. Patrick is en hele fijne gastheer die ons heel fijn geholpen heeft toen wij een lekke band hadden. Daar zijn wij hem en zijn moeder en vrouw heel dankbaar voor. Hele rustige omgeving maar toch alle leuke plaatsen binnen 20 km afstand. En direct in de buurt mooie wandelplezier. Kortom SUPER !!!

Ruhe...

... und Idylle pur, tolle Wanderregion mit viel Wild in den Wäldern und ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus in absolut ruhiger Lage. Sehr liebevoll restauriert und eingerichtet. Optimal für zwei Personen, da nur ein Bad im EG. Schöne Terrasse und hundefreundlich eingezäunter Garten. Eine leckere Suppe zur Begrüßung und sehr nette Vermieter . Perfekte Unterkunft mit allem, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht!

Gemütlich, geräumig, sauber...super ausgestattet und mit Liebe eingerichtet, hier fehlt es an nichts. Nette Gastgeber - und auch wir hatten einen herzlichen Empfang mit knisterndem Kamin und selbst gekochter Suppe auf dem Herd! Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert für alle, die einen Urlaub in Ruhe und Natur genießen möchten.

Gezellig huis in een prachtige omgeving

Gezellig huis met alles er op en er aan, de tuin is ook mooi meegenomen voor de hond. Er zijn heel wat prachtige wandelingen te doen in de omgeving. Bedankt ook voor het brandend haardvuur en de lekkere soep bij aankomst, op die manier voel je je héél welkom !

Het huisje is prachtig en ligt enorm landelijk

Het is erg goed verzorgd en netjes en allerlei wandel routes, restaurantjes en andere activiteiten liggen om de hoek, zeker een aanrader!
