Renovated in May 2013, this former farm has a unique atmosphere.
The stone ensures authenticity, white brings the sunshine in and the exposed beams and wooden floors give a warm character.

This cottage for 4 people (2 bedrooms) with a lounge (Internet - wood burner in living and dining room) and a dining room.
The kitchen (with dishwasher) gives direct access to the terrace which is south facing which means that you can eat in the sun - when the party anyway. (Enclosed Garden)
On the mezzanine is still a smaller salon, a more intimate space with sitting.

Bockaissart is a dead end street in Lavacherie-sur-Ourthe. It is extremely peaceful and quiet. You will love the atmosphere and probably hard to leave.
