Deep Canyon Tennis Club is a walled and gatecommunity, located between El Paseo Drive & BigHorn Country Club, in south palm desert. Deep Canyon is only a few miles from the most expensive homes in the desert. The property enjoys spectacular views of the Valley & San Jacinto / Santa Rosa Mountains. Large 2 bedroom 2 bath, single story, appx. 1160 square feet, very private unit. "E" units are unique to Deep Canyon Tennis Club because of the enclosed atrium, larger living room, and lager master bedroom. Recently updated with plantation shutters, travertine floors, and a new central furnace. The condo also has great beds and linens, 55 inch Flatscreen TV in the living room and master bedroom, and a 2003 club cart for the trips to the club house. The Kitchen is fully equipped and has a gas stove with new appliances. Covered parking and plenty of guest parking right next to the unit. Seasonal renters come back year after year because they enjoy the location, hiking trails, walking track, active social life, and are made to feel a welcome part of the DCTC community. Please plan ahead for high season rentals.
