This house is very close to downtown Fraser and downtown Winter Park but with peace, parking and privacy - the best of both worlds. A quick 10-minute drive to the resort, or just a few steps out of the door to the Lift (free shuttle to downtown Winter Park and Resort) stop. Amazing mountain biking and hiking out of your front door!
The Layout: Main Floor – Living Room, Kitchen/Dining area, King Bedroom with private Bath, Powder Bath and Laundry room:
The main floor has a large, warm very sunny living space with a stone gas fireplace, a 65-inch TV comfortably deep, new leather couches and views of the Continental Divide. The main-floor master is off of the living room and features a new king-sized mattress and bed and a 50-inch Smart 4K/Roku TV above a large dresser. The private bathroom has a large double vanity, quartz counters and a tile/glass shower.. A large walk in closet provides plenty of space for clothes and belongings.
The kitchen has everything you need to comfortably make meals for family or friends. In addition to all major appliances (gas stove, convection oven, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher) the home also offers all kitchenware, small appliances (Keurig, standard coffee pot, toaster, slow cooker, etc.).. The quartz island has three large barstools for dining or entertaining. The dining table is spacious with 6 large comfortable dining chairs.
The new washer and dryer are also located conveniently on the main floor and detergent is provided.
Second Floor – 2 bedrooms, and a loft space with living area and additional sleeping.
Loft space - At the top of the stairs is the open loft that provides another 42” 4K Smart/Roku TV and a Queen-sized CouchBed®. This a thick, cooling gel-infused memory foam mattress that converts into a comfortable bed.
Two additional bedrooms upstairs. The first features a Queen bed. a 42” 4K Smart/Roku TV. It has a private bath with quartz countertop and a tile shower with tub. The second bedroom has 2 new queen beds with new mattresses and linens as well as a 42” 4K Smart/Roku TV. The attached bathroom has quartz counters and a large glass and tile shower. This bathroom is also accessible and shared by loft.
Three sets of snowshoes and 3 kids sleds you’re welcome to use during your stay.
The Neighborhood: This home is in Grand Park, just 1 mile North of downtown Winter Park and 5 miles to the Winter Park resort. There is a Lift (free shuttle to resort and downtown) stop just steps away. Enjoy proximity to Fraser amenities including nearby restaurants, coffee shop and grocery store and downtown Winter Park without the hustle and bustle. The Fraser movie theatre, bowling alley and rec center are super close. Short bike ride from your doorstep to excellent mountain biking. Short drive to amazing hiking. Access to fishing in Grand Park's private ponds. Walking distance to the Colorado Adventure Park that offers tubing for all ages and kids mini-snowmobiling!

We're a family of four who love the mountains - we like to ski, hike and mountain bike so our house in Fraser is the perfect location. Roomy, comfortable and private - out of the hustle and bustle, but close to Winter Park. We're not going to be able to take advantage of our home as much as we'd like so we'd like to share it with you.
Why they chose this property
So many reasons! This house is new in 2019 and nicely constructed with quality finishes. The spacious and well-thought home will give a large family or two families enough space to relax and enjoy the mountain views and a hot tub for relaxing after a fun day. Each bedroom has it's own smart tv (along with one in each living space) and it's own bathroom. The two-car heated garage will keep your shoes, car and ski boots warm! The Fraser location is perfect - just 5 miles from the Winter Park ski resort, 1 mile from downtown Winter Park with Fraser and Grand Park amenities (grocery store, coffee shop, etc.) just a short walk away. Walking distance to tubing. Easy access to mountain biking, hiking and fishing (private fishing in the Grand Park fishing ponds). Quiet neighborhood - away from the noise and traffic of downtown Winter Park, but close enough to easily enjoy the amenities.
