Absolutely loved this house for our group's business travel. The pool, patio, and outdoor kitchen were perfect for our group welcome dinner with additional guests. The home was spacious, clean, modern, well-appointed, and fun. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and a quick commute to the airport and to our work in Doral. We will definitely return to this house on our next trip.

A beautiful property with a large open kitchen, wonderful outdoor space for entertaining and a lovely pool. On a quiet street with parking. We very much enjoyed our stay.

This house was perfect for my girls trip. It looked exactly like the pictures, and was very spacious, and had everything you need for your stay. The outdoor area was large enough for our group of 8 to hang out. The pool area had floats and toys, and a great seating area. The neighborhood felt very safe, and was in a great location from downtown and south beach.

Wedding Weekend at Villa Palma

Lovely house for our family weekend in Coral Gables. Perfectly located for wedding events and the Miracle Mile with lots of great restaurants and most importantly coffee shops.We loved the outdoor area and pool for all family members. Would definitely return.

Our stay at Villa Palma Coral Gables

It was a very clean and modern property. We had a family of 10 including 2 children and it accommodated us very well. It was close to the airport and downtown Coral Gables so it was very convenient. I would highly recommend it. We would also recommend some improvements. One of the driveway gates was in the closed position and could not be opened thus making it difficult to park 2 cars. The pool had some leaves and debris in it when we arrived . We spent some time cleaning it out but the nets that were there had holes in them. A service came unannounced to clean the pool one night before we left. It would have been nice if he came before we got there. The sound on the TV in the family room did not work. Although it was not a big deal to be without TV it would have been nice if the management responded. Finally, there were two barrels of recycles out front that had not been picked up. I brought them in and reorganized some of it so we would have enough room for the recycles we would create. We put the regular trash out front for Monday pick up as requested.

While we do have in our house rules that our pool vendor and landscapers come frequently, were sorry if they spooked you. We did reply to your TV question with instructions and did not receive a reply, so we are a bit confused on that comment. Your notes help us improve our services, and we will address these concerns to ensure a better experience for our future guests. Thank you for taking care of the recycling as well. We hope to welcome you back in the future!
