relaxing holiday

We had a great time in Monte Nai thanks to Valentina‘s one-room-appartement. The beautiful Costa Rei is within sight and only a few steps away, perfect for a swim and a nice stay on the shady terrace. There‘s also a refreshing shower in the little garden. We can highly recommend this cosy place.

A perfect stay near the beach

The apartment was absolutely what we had hoped for. It was well-equipped (dishwasher, aircon). It is quiet and lies conveniently situated close to the beach. In addition, we appreciated the parking very much. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. We would not rule out spending another holyday there sometime. Thank you very much, Valentina

A pochi passi dal mare. Realmente 30 metri. Comodità incredibile legata anche al parcheggio considerando la difficoltà di trovarne uno nelle vicinanze. Sotto la casa è presente spiaggia attrezzata con chiosco e centro da cui partono le escursioni. Casa (monolocale di c. 35m2) confortevole, da poco ristrutturata (con gusto) con terrazza e giardino (presente barbecue). Comoda per coppie. Costa rei sud raggiungibile a piedi con una camminata di c. 10 minuti. Ci torneremo sicuramente

Ein richtiger Glückstreffer!

Die Unterkunft ist ein kleines, sehr gemütliches Schmuckkästchen - klein aber für zwei Menschen absolut ausreichend. Man sieht, dass sie mit viel Liebe und dem Auge für’s Detail eingerichtet wurde. Alles sehr sauber. Die Lage ist genial - wirklich wenige Schritte von dem Traumstrand entfernt! Die Vermieterin haben wir sehr nett, sympathisch und super zuverlässig empfunden. Der Kontakt war wirklich nett und unproblematisch. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir kommen gerne wieder

Wir waren eine Woche im Juni in der schönen Wohnung direkt am Strand. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gut. Direkt am Strand befindet sich eine Beach Bar mit guter Musik und netter Bedienung. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Hervorzuheben sind mit Sicherheit auch die sehr freundlichen Vermieter.

Traumhafter Strand direkt vor der Haustür

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist für einen Strandurlaub perfekt. Auch die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und war jederzeit für uns da, um unsere Fragen zu beantworten. Sogar Spielzeug hat sie für unseren kleinen Sohn bereitgelegt. Das war so aufmerksam. Wir können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen.

Einfach traumhaft

Unser Aufenthalt in Costa Rei war für uns traumhaft schön. Angefangen bereits im Vorfeld mit der sehr netten und hilfreichen Kommunikation mit der liebenswürdigen Wohnungsbesitzerin Valentina. Vor Ort wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen und wir fühlten uns auf Anhieb sehr wohl und willkommen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und wir hatten alles zur Verfügung was man im Urlaubsleben braucht. Wenn jetzt noch eine WLAN-Verbindung installiert würde, wäre dies sicher ein weiterer Pluspunkt :o) Die sehr kurze Entfernung zum traumhaft schönen und sehr sauberen Strand ist ein weiterer sehr grosser Vorteil. Das Meer ist wie im Bilderbuch. Wir hoffen sehr, dass dies nicht der letzte Urlaub war im Hause von Valentina. Dir, liebe Valentina, nochmals recht herzlichen Dank, einfach für alles. Perfekte Wohnung an der Costa Rei

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in der kleinen aber feinen Wohnung direkt am Meer. Das Apartment ist sehr schön eingerichtet, gepflegt und hat eine wundervolle, große Terasse. Die Kommunikation mit der sehr netten Vermieterin Valentina war vor, sowie während der Reise unkompliziert und hervorragend. Die Wohnung ist sehr empfehlenswert. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Wunderschöner Strandurlaub

Das Studio entspricht den Bildern, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, klein aber fein, für 2 Personen absolut ausreichend, sehr sauber. Die Lage, 20m vom Strand, ist der absolute Hit. Die Kommunikation mit Valentina war unkompliziert und sehr herzlich, sie war jederzeit erreichbar und stand mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Liebe Valentina, Danke für einen tollen Urlaub!

Valentina la proprietaria della struttura molto disponibile e precisa in ogni ns. richiesta, la posizione della struttura e' situata a circa 20 metri dalla spiaggia l'appartamento e' un monolocale ben arredato di recente ristrutturazione con tutto il necessario, molto vivibile la parte esterna corredata da un barbeque e una doccia. A due passi dal mare (stupendo..), casa dotata di tutti i comfort (lavastoviglie, lavatrice, barbecue, parcheggio) e ben collegata con i servizi. Pulizia perfetta e proprietaria di casa molto gentile e disponibile. La casa rispecchia esattamente la descrizione dell’annuncio. Soluzione perfetta per una vacanza al mare!

Erholsame Zeit an Strand und Meer

Die Kommunikation mit Valentina erfolgte sehr unkompliziert, herzlich und zuverlässig. Das Apartment ist zwar recht klein, aber für zwei Personen absolut ausreichend. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gepflegt, geschmackvoll und praktisch. Kleiner Tipp: Der Garten könnte etwas mehr Pflege vertragen. Die unmittelbare Lage am schönen Strand der Costa Rei ist aber kaum zu toppen.

Semplicemente una bomboniera

Casa perfetta per una coppa; non manca proprio nulla: ci sono lavatrice, lavastoviglie, arredo nuovo e sopratutto è a due passi dal mare. Arrivi qui e ti puoi dimenticare dell'autovettura. Valentina, la proprietaria, è stata estremamente disponibile e cordiale, inoltre al ns arrivo ci ha fatto trovare il frigo pieno di bibite fresche. Veramente TOP!!!

Tutto molto positivo a partire dalla comunicazione con Valentina. Molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha accolti anche in anticipo rispetto a check-in. Abbiamo trovato la casetta molto pulita, funzionale, rinnovata da poco, a meno di 1 minuto a piedi dalla spiaggia. La descrizione e le foto dell’annuncio corrispondono alla realtà.

Ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen, tolle Gastgeberin

Valentina ist eine ganz tolle Gastgeberin, die das Haus mit ganz viel Liebe eingerichtet hat. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt und Valentina stand uns jederzeit mit Rat zur Hilfe. Schon vor der Anreise bestand regelmäßiger Kontakt und sie versorgte uns mit allen wichtigen Informationen, insbesondere in der momentan außergewöhnlichen Coronasituatuon.

Einfach fantastisch!

Valentina war so hilfsbereit und nett! Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln :) Die Lage war das Beste. Der schönste Strand Sardiniens vor der Haustüre, das war einfach fantastisch. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
