Perfect spot for our two week stay.

We had all we needed in this cozy apartment. So central to everuthing, we walked and walked for 2 weeks straight, and found our local favorites. We'll definitely stay here again. Great communication and very responsive, Guillaume even sent someone to clean for us halfway tthrough.

Amazing Little Apartment

The apartment is in an amazing location on a pedestrian only street. No noise heard at night. Step out and you are in the middle of all the sights. The apartment is small but has all anyone needs. The host responds quickly and helps whenever necessary. Great place!

All i needed. Miscommunication about length of stay but it worked out. Close to interesting square with huge overhead sculpture. Close to many restaurants and shops of all kinds

Setas in March

Location is fantastic. Washing machine great. As advertised it is a small place. And it could use some upgrades. Bathroom especially. 2nd floor walk up is actually 3rd for us Canadian. But overall stay was excellent. And host was readily available when we had a power fail

In an excellent area close to many shops, restaurants and bars. Delay in access due to key problem. Fridge was noisy thru the night resulting in bad sleep. Would stay here again hoping the fridge is different.

Great location, clean and comfortable

Apartment was overall excellent. Bed comfortable, secure building, easy communication and stocked with necessities — accurate listing. It’s just hard to estimate the size based on the photos. It was just me so it was fine. Would be OK for a couple too but tight for 2 friends. Size seems smaller than it really is because there is a large coffee table and an eating bar with 2 seats in the living space which takes up much space. Also it was unseasonably hot for a couple of the days. Good cross breeze with windows and AC if really needed worked well. Would recommend

Logement fidèle aux photos et aux équipements annoncés. Appartement propre dans l’ensemble, très bien situé au cœur de Séville et plutôt silencieux.En revanche, la vaisselle était sale à notre arrivée et quelques taches sur les draps. Nous sommes aussi tombés sur une semaine avec d’importants travaux, rendant l’appartement très bruyant en journée. Climatisation en supplément.Échanges simples avec le gestionnaire.

Buena ubicación

Fuimos recibidos muy atentamente, hay una guia de instrucciones en el apartamento, TV internacional. Ubicado en zona peatonal muy céntrico y muy cerca de medios de transporte aunque se puede ir andando a los principales puntos. Acogedor y limpio.

Appartement fonctionnel, propre et très bien situé. Nous avons pu rayonner dans toute la ville de Séville. Malgré la situation dans une rue commerçante, nous avons apprécié le calme de l'appartement. Tout est à proximité. Malgré notre espagnol médiocre, l'accueil a été agréable. Nous reviendront avec plaisir car Séville est une ville magnifique et nous n'avons pas eu assez de temps pour tout visiter. Merci à Guillaume pour ses précieuses informations pendant notre séjour. Trois jours au coeur de Séville, appartement idéalement situé, à 20 minutes à pied de la gare , plein centre, dans une rue commerçante, proche cathédrale. Pas parfait , mais largement suffisant. Accueil très sympathique avec les explications et les bonnes adresses

Séjour de repos à Séville

J’ai beaucoup aimé mon séjour. C’était calme et confortable. À part les couvercles de cuisson, la cuisine est très complète. Recommandations: Si vous êtes au courant de travaux de construction dans les bâtiments adjacents, ce serait une bonne idée d’en informer les clients. Ce serait bien d'ajouter des couvercles de chaudrons, un petit tapis de bain et d'ajuster l’eau chaude qui est en quantité insuffisante pour prendre une douche complète. Notez que le chauffe-serviettes ne fonctionne pas. J’ai échappé un petit verre dans le coin du salon. Il pourrait y avoir des petits morceaux de vitre sur sol car je n’avais pas de balai ou d’aspirateur. Merci, Suzanne

Semana Santa ideal con un piso en pleno centro y sin embargo tranquilo. Todo muy limpio. Buena cama. Falta un balcón o une terraza pero así salíamos mucho !
