This place was just perfect for my mother and myself. It is in a beautiful location, amazing view of Mt. Crested Butte, half mile or less to the ski lift and we had wildlife visible from the parking lot. The beds are very comfortable, the tv is good sized and we would definitely stay there again, and hope to! They also provided many games but we didn't have time to use them. The place may feel a bit small for 4 adults but great for fewer than that or for a family with children.

Perfect mountain getaway

We had a great stay in Crested Butte! The place was clean, cozy, and in a great location—perfect for exploring the town and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The space had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only minor hiccups were figuring out the front door lock (a quick heads-up or instructions would’ve helped!) and the absence of a parking pass, but overall, it didn’t take away from our experience. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Great views and value

It’s a small condo, particularly the bedrooms- but a very comfortable space overall. The living room, dining area, and patio were all clean and relaxing to spend time in. The hot tub was clean, and the condo was well stocked, including fans (no central A/C) and plenty of cookware/ dishes. Great views of the mountains, and everything we needed for a great little family vacation.

Small but nice

Overall, we would stay here again. However, the beds are short. We realize the rooms are pretty small but our feet were hanging of the bed and we're average sized people. Other than that, the only other complaint was the lack of privacy on the deck.

Hot tub needs help

Easy to walk or take shuttle to mountain. Very nice new condo and building. Loved the hot tub! I also enjoyed having a few kitchen staples like sugar, salt, cooking oil, coffee available rather than needing to bring everything. Suggestion to make it even better... Kitchen could use a few more dishes, such as cereal bowls and glasses

Best property we’ve stayed at in years. Excellent value. Immaculate property. Easy to walk to the slopes. Wonderful amenities. Plenty of storage, hooks, hangers, dish soap, towels, etc. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals. Large tv to watch the Super Bowl. Even has in unit laundry but you need to bring detergent. Very slight gripe but no face tissues.

Great views but small and not well cleaned

Overall, our stay was okay. The views of the mountains were beautiful from the windows/balcony. The ease of access to the shuttle and mountain were very convenient. Unfortunately, the condo was not properly cleaned upon check-in. There were crumbs, hair and dirt on the floors, the bed sheets were worn out and had hair on them and the table and counter surfaces were dusty and dirty as well. Many of the dishes provided had to be rewashed. I had to request someone to come clean the floors due to the vacuum provided did not work. We had a total of 4 people and the space was very tight. Small bathroom and not much room to walk around the large furniture. The shared hot tube was always full and there was a lot of noise from the upstairs tenants.

Great Location and Quiet

Unit was nice and building was quiet. The smell of marijuana use in one of the lower units was disappointing but it is Colorado so not much you can do especially when in a ski town. Unit was clean but bathroom has some hairs that needed to be cleaned up. While unit is not suppose to have pets - dog hair was found on sofa. Beds were comfortable but didn’t have a sheet - just fitted sheet and comforter. Pillows were basic. Wifi was on but didn’t have internet. Not a big deal as I have a hot spot. Fireplace is a small faux electric one so don’t expect gas or a real one. Loved the games, kitchen supplies, views and lifts are right across the street. Bus comes around every 20 mins so no need to drive anywhere.

Amazing Location - Not Great Mgmt Company

The property itself is great. It is a minute from multiple free shuttle stops, the views from the balcony are unreal, it's a quick walk to the offerings on the mountain. The bedrooms are tiny (you have to shimmy to get around the beds), but if you don't have any mobility disabilities, it's no biggie. The bathroom is VERY dark - forget shaving as there is only one light, it's not bright, and the shower curtain is dark, so it's like showering in a closet. The water pressure, however, is good. The beds are firm - but comfortable, but the pillows leave much to be desired. The biggest issues were with the management. To get the access info (that they say they will message you, but don't), you have to download an app. The access code is a (random) 10-digit code that is impossible to memorize, and you must use it to both unlock and lock the door (despite instructions to the contrary). During our stay they were refinishing the outside of the building around our condo, and the smell of varnish was so bad we could not use the balcony or even have the windows open. It was so hot in the condo without the windows open (even with the heat off and fans on), we couldn't bear to stay there. I reached out to management and they haven't bothered to respond. When we left, we couldn't lock the condo b/c they removed the code at exactly 10 from the app, and we walked out the door at 10. Also, a 10 checkout, plus a large cleaning fee is too much when they ask for us to clean.

The condo was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. It is on the second floor but there is an elevator. We did have a question regarding if parking permits were needed but never received an answer from the property manager. Apparently parking permits were not needed?
