Nestled in Javea’s tranquil protected parkland, Casa de Pinos is a spacious, traditional Spanish villa situated minutes away from a variety of family-friendly blue-flagged beaches, restaurants, shops and bars.

With accommodation suiting 6 guests comfortably, Casa de Pinos is perfect for that peaceful family getaway, as you relax around the 8x4m private pool in private, landscaped surroundings.

An outdoor BBQ and large terrace with patio furniture offers an ‘al fresco’ dining experience, overlooking panoramic mountain views of the Montgo mountain (incredible sunset!) as well as the pool, allowing you to keep a lookout on the children in the cool shade.

The house is fully secured with a gated driveway space for 4 cars, as well as a fully equipped kitchen/utility with oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, fruit juicer and coffee machine.

The villa is split into two floors, each with their own entrance. Guests have exclusive use of the pool and gardens and 1st floor accommodation. Downstairs will be locked up and nobody will be there while you’re staying. You have totally privacy for yourself.

The upstairs accommodation comprises of 3 bedrooms (master with bath en-suite, a double room and a twin room), kitchen, large living room and an additional bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning.

And when the heat and excitement calls for a siesta, take advantage of the cool living room area with a large TV offering hundreds of TV channels, films and box sets on demand. Free WIFI is also available throughout the villa.

The sunsets from the terrace were amazing. The house inside is a bit outdated.

Jenny is a great host, very responsive and accomodating. She took good care of us. The house is a bit "tired" but clean, well equipped with most essentials available. We enjoyed the view from the terrace, the garden and the swiming pool. Amazing sunsets and great view of the Montgo mountain. Over all a good experience.

Maison tres agréable a vivre

La maison est tres agreable et bien située avec une tres belle vue. Elle est propre, les lits sont confortables, les pieces de vie sont spacieuses, la cuisine est bien equipee, la climatisation fonctionne trÚs bien. Il y a une grande terrasse ombragée qui permet de circuler par l'exterieur du salon a la cuisine. Le mobilier d'extérieur est confortable. Le terrain de pétanque est un plus sympathique. de propriĂ©taires charmants et discrets. Concernant la maison, elle n’est absolument pas entretenue. Le rapport qualitĂ©, prix n’est absolument pas en adĂ©quation. ÉlectricitĂ© non conforme. Meubles vieux et totalement usĂ©s. L’eau chaude coule au compte goute. La faĂŻence de la piscine est dĂ©tĂ©riorĂ©e. Le balcon de la maison est complĂštement rouillĂ©. Tout comme le barbecue. Le prix ne correspond absolument pas Ă  cette maison. Pas de climatisation en dehors des chambres. Et si vous vous la mettez un peux fort, toute l’électricitĂ© de la maison disjoncte. Bref déçu de cette maison. Nous avons l’impression de nous ĂȘtre fait avoir. À ce prix lĂ , nous la dĂ©conseillons absolument. Nous avons prix des photos pour justifier de notre mĂ©contentement.

Tired and needing work - lacking in vital/basic ammenities

Arrived at the villa and were under-awed with the fixtures and fittings, lack of lighting, lack of investment and general tiredness of the property. Note; this has been brought to the attention of HomeAway. However, unlike many 'villa agencies' we were informed by H&A that they do not check rented properties for facilities/safety or that the property reflects the description on the website. The state of the property is purely down to the owner so if the owner is not bothered - as they weren't in this case - you will end up with a poor quality property which will spoil your holiday. Note: the owner of the property will look for reasons/excuses to retain some/all of your damage deposit.. GOOD LUCK!!!!!! Positives were that the pool, although fairly small, was pleasant. Made use of the BBQ as well. Other than that:- - Insufficient bedding - Insufficient towels - Broken lights - Power sockets and lights hanging off the walls and ceiling - No Welcome Pack with suggestions of places to visit - Serious damp in the basement (apparent on arrival and for the whole holiday)

We had a great vacation in the villa. With 6 persons we had enough room. Downstairs is a separate apartment with a double bed, kitchen and shower. Upstairs 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Nice kitchen with new refrigerator and other new equipment. The waterpressure is a little bit low when the water tap of the swimmingpool is open. The furniture is sober but effective. The only disadvantage is that there is no outside light downstairs at the porch and the swimmingpool at night. Very nice and clear conversations with Jenny. Easy to find the villa. Beautifull surroundings!

Such a peaceful stay at the most wonderful villa!

My family and I (5 of us) stayed at Casa de Pinos in June and cannot speak highly enough of the villa! The house itself had everything we could have needed and more, and Jenny the host was so helpful when we had any questions. Furniture and all the extras in the house (like tourist guides, BBQ equipment and a bottle of wine) were a nice touch, and was all clean and tidy. The surrounding area was also lovely and peaceful, with outstanding views of the mountains, especially in the evening when we would have dinner on the terrace. Shops and the beach were also very close (Granadella 5min drive is definitely worth visiting!) which was perfect for the kids although most of the time was spent lounging around the pool. We will definitely be making a trip back and cannot recommend the villa enough! Thank you for making our holiday so special.

Perfect holiday home for me and the family!

The whole booking process was so easy and the hostess Jenny did everything to make sure that we had everything we needed throughout our holiday. The house itself was in the best location, just minutes from the beach but so quiet too!! Having a car is essential but would definitely recommend - thank you!
