Located in the heart of Canet beach 150m from all amenities (shops, market, bus stop, mediterrannee place, casino, restaurants) and 300m night bars (no noise) and 100m from the sea.
The apartment has a common courtyard with a bike shed.
the housing is renovated with its kitchen and balcony with its table and chairs.
it has the necessary equipment to stay in short as long stay: a washing machine, a tv, coffee maker nespresso, a fridge with freezer, a grill oven, 2 vitro plates, table and 4 chairs .. etc.
It consists of a toilet apart, a bathroom of a kitchen open to living room with a sofa bed and a sleeping area with a bed and wardrobe.
