Cottage Chiara Noto

The cottage is located in the countryside of Marina di Noto, 600 meters from the beach called "white rocks" and 700 from the waterfront.
Large and cozy, it is surrounded by approximately 2 300 meters of vegetation, and a large outdoor patio with kitchenette.
Clare farmhouse, is in the greenery, surrounded by a large covered veranda of 70 sqm, with kitchen, shower and outdoor tub.
Inside you will find a spacious living room with adjoining kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a laundry room and two bathrooms, for a total of 160 square meters.
The living room has a sofa bed for additional seats.
The building was built with criteria suitable thermal insulation, it remains so very cool even in summer.
The wooden windows are with double glazing, the windows are fitted with mosquito nets and all rooms are topped by the attic.
Outside, in all its complexity, it is surrounded by ornamental plants, fruit, citrus, olive trees, jasmine, wisteria.


Guests will have free access to all the internal and external environments of the cottage, with the exception of the garage.
You can park in the driveway leading to the house.
The cottage is located just 2 km from the main motorway junction.

Hours: check-in is scheduled for 16. 00 / check out for 10. 00 (Saturday to Saturday)
Upon arrival a 200 euro deposit (refundable) is required.
Final cleaning, on the other hand requires a fee of 50 euro.

Fees: After the fourth person there is an adjustment of 15 Euros more per person.

The owner will be available to listen and meet the needs of guests and will be twice a week, after notification to the care and irrigation of the green.

Marina di Noto is a tourist area and well served and popular seaside. It offers mini markets, restaurants, a pharmacy and medical service.
On the promenade are numerous lidos, kiosks and bars.
Noto Marina is located about 5 kilometers away from Noto, UNESCO heritage baroque city.
Lovers of natural paradises, may visit the natural reserves and the most beautiful and unspoilt beaches of eastern Sicily: Vendicari, Eloro, Marianelli, Calamosche, Citadel.

Guests can take advantage of: hair dryer, clothes horse, fans, iron and ironing board, and at the request of baby bath and cot beds.
