This is a one-of-a-kind ski rental and the first rented in 2019.
It is 3 Bedrooms + Den (sleep sofa) and 4 full bathrooms. There is central heating & cooling on a Nest thermostat.
Two of the bedrooms have on-suite bathrooms.
The property features a heated pool and two hot tubs. There is a fire pit and plenty of outdoor seating as well as BBQs.
There is a state of the art fitness room as well as a dedicated equipment storage room (private locker for unit) for skis/snow boards with boot warmers.
There is a 3,000 sq ft club room with 3 TVs, 2 fireplaces and lots of table seating on 1st floor.
There is indoor heated parking in reserved spot.

The location does not get better. We are on 2nd floor with terrace facing the mountain and pool deck. You can take elevator or stairs. You can ski in or out of the building.
