Located less than one mile from Hunter Mountain and just a short drive to Windham Mountain, this beautiful 3,000-square-foot home is the perfect destination for ski weekends, summer lake adventures, family gatherings, weddings, festivals, and year-round mountain getaways.

The Space

This spacious 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home comfortably accommodates large families and groups while providing plenty of room to relax and unwind.

The main level features an open-concept layout with stunning views, a fully equipped kitchen with updated appliances, counter seating, and a large dining area perfect for gathering after a day on the mountain. The comfortable living room offers plenty of seating for movie nights, game days, or simply relaxing with a good book.

Outdoor Living

Enjoy the beauty of the Catskills from our covered lower-level outdoor living area, complete with picnic tables, a park-style grill, and expansive lawn space. Whether you’re enjoying morning coffee, an afternoon barbecue, or watching the sunset over the mountains, the outdoor spaces are designed for making memories.

Guests also enjoy access to the private lake community. Swimming, fishing, kayaking, canoeing, and relaxing by the water are favorite activities throughout the warmer months. We provide kayaks, a canoe, and light fishing tackle for guest use. Lake access is available via the designated community access route, and detailed directions are provided prior to arrival.

Lower Level

The lower level includes a queen bedroom, full bathroom, and a spacious game room, making it ideal for guests who prefer minimal stairs.

The game room is a favorite gathering place for guests of all ages and includes:
