The Space:

Step into a warm welcome as you enter the foyer, with a staircase on one side and French doors that open to a cozy formal living room, perfect for relaxing. On the other side, French doors lead to a stylish dining room, ideal for shared meals and gatherings.

The updated kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, pots and pans, and all the essentials you need to prepare delicious homemade meals.

For those working from home, there are convenient desks and high-speed wireless internet. Unwind and enjoy at-home entertainment with smart TVs, ready for streaming your favorite shows and movies.



Guest Access:

The entire house is for your enjoyment. The garage, supplies closets and utility rooms are not available for guest access.



Getting Around:

Yale is about 2-3 minutes drive. Two blocks away from Yale Shuttle (Blue and Yellow line), a free shuttle that will take you to Yale University and downtown New Haven where you can visit museums, restaurants, and shops. Five minute walk to Albertus Magnus College and its track, gym, pool, tennis. It’s 7 minutes drive to Southern Connecticut University, 15 minutes drive to University of New Haven.

This was an amazing find for our weekend. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed a lovely night by the firepit in the spacious back yard, and everyone slept like a baby. We look forward to staying there again in the future

Cute and beautiful house

The house was a great place to stay and had everything we needed. The bedroom on the main level had the most comfortable mattress. I’m sure the other ones were good too that’s just only one we slept on. The host was very helpful and responsive. The front garden was a little over grown but all the plants were beautiful. Each bedroom was decorated to cutely. Thank you!

fantastic stay

We were a group of 8 in town for a reunion. This property was super clean and the rooms were well appointed. We had everything we needed including tea, coffee and oatmeal in the morning. The yard was lovely, but we did not get to use it much. Great stay!

Great, comfortable home right outside of New Haven

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. It's very spacious, clean, and comfortable; the photos are very accurate. The owners were very responsive and friendly. There is a lot of common space, including a large backyard with a fire pit. It's about a 10-minute drive to downtown New Haven, and easy to get an Uber/Lyft if needed. I would definitely stay here again!
