The Space:

This 4th floor condo with it's amazing views will leave you feeling like you are in Paradise. This stunning 2B/2B condo is a freshly painted light grey and has new vinyl plank flooring throughout. Spacious open floor plan with sliders off the living room and master bedroom to the large furnished balcony. Fully furnished updated kitchen is perfect for preparing meals in.



The master bedroom features a king bed and flat screen TV. The newly remodeled master bathroom features a walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a king bed and bunk beds. The guest bathroom has also been updated and features a tub/shower combo.



Located in the Cocoa Beach by the World Famous Cocoa Beach Pier. This condo has everything you could want in a vacation spot. The complex has a great pool and outside area and its own private beach access point. The beach is only steps away from the unit and is easily accessible for a great beach day. Beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella and small cooler provided.

Great property with views to pool and beach! The pool is heated and not that busy. The beach was great and my boys liked the waves. It was so easy having the beach chairs and boogie board there to use. The kitchen had everything you need. Some furniture is a bit older but was fine. They mentioned that they will replace the master mattress so that’s great. Overall a great time and location!

Highly recommend staying at this property. -Check-in and check-out are a breeze. -Parking is close to the door. -Amazing view with a good sized balcony. -Large family room with big TV.-Plenty of beach toys for the little ones.-Kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans and utensils.and last but not least, the hosts were extremely friendly and very amenable. Probably the best hosts I've encountered in 10 years of vacation rentals.

Beyond Expectations!

Place was amazing with beautiful view of pool and beach with an excellent location by the pier. Easily slept a family of 6 with plenty of room for everyone to lounge around including a huge patio. Very clean and comfortable and always had the little things available (beach chairs, boogie boards, crock pots, etc).
