Our stay at Piper House surpassed all dreams and expectations!!! Everything was perfect and Monica was the best. It's a bit of a long haul up here for us from Maryland, but we will definitely be back. 10 star property and stay!!!

Piper House for the Win

A truly charming, spacious and well appointed house that exceeded the needs of our extended family plus one dog. From the 3 separate floors, the balcony with telescope (great on a Strawberry June moon night), the large backyard, and the kitchen that was one of the most well stocked we've seen, staying here was effortless and enjoyable. Monica, our host, could not have been more responsive. All in all, everyone in our group agreed that Piper house was "a find." Hope we will be in the area again sometime!

We had the best time at the Piper House! Everything was so clean. The house had every single thing you could want/need. Our host was an absolute joy and very, very informative. It was one of our best trips to date. All the little details were so thoughtful and well thought out. Highly, highly recommend this rental!

We loved our stay in Addison. The home is beautifully decorated and set up. Treats were left for our arrival, fresh flowers too! The beds were very comfortable. The host was very welcoming and accommodating. I highly recommend it. The location was perfect for a trip north to Quoddy Head State Park or south to Acadia with beautiful drives to get there. We really enjoyed walking Ingersoll Point Preserve just a few doors down and sunset at Cape Split. Go! Go! Go!

A gem in South Addison

Our family stayed in this beautifully renovated house for a family Thanksgiving. The owner's attention to detail in providing everything needed was extraordinary! We highly recommend the Piper House and hope to stay here again.

Big, beautiful, renovated home with every amenity we could want. Extremely comfortable and inviting.

Breathtaking location, wonderful local neighbors, gorgeous home, lots of room to relax and enjoy this renovated, immaculate and spacious getaway. Beautiful yard and decks. Hosts were highly attentive prior to arrival and available for recommendations. Will most definitely return.

All that you need!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Piper house. The house was beautiful, cozy, clean and spacious for 5 adults and a toddler. Monica and Rich have thought of everything one would need as a home away from home. There’s a fully stocked kitchen (all you need for a lobster dinner) and bathrooms (travel size toiletries available to guests), board games, bikes, kayaks, and baby gear (pack n play, a high chair and even baby gates). They truly set you up to feel welcome, at home and enjoy the outdoors. Monica and Rich were super easy to communicate and made themselves available for anything that we needed. You know you’ve stayed at a good place when you leave knowing you’ll miss it. We hope to come back again one day!

We celebrated Christmas in this lovely appointed house. The amenities were everything we needed.

Thanks to a great eye for detail the Piper House was so comfortable and well furnished. The kitchen was perfect for preparing our holiday meal. Thank you to Monica for making sure were had everything we needed.
