As you walk into the home, you will love the big windows that show off the tropical backyard and the open layout that includes two side chairs and a large sectional, and a chic dining room table. In the kitchen is a full suite of high-end appliances, essential cookware and utensils, and a large kitchen island.

The bedrooms are set up in a ranch-type split floor plan, and each room features high-end linens, comforters, and mattresses. The primary bedroom has French doors leading to the pool, custom cabinets for storage, and an ensuite bathroom with a gorgeous tiled walk-in shower. Off the kitchen is the second bedroom with beautiful built-ins and an ensuite bathroom with a vibrant vanity and a walk-in shower. The third bedroom is perfect if you’re traveling with a family with multiple kids or is a fun slumber party room with two built-in bunk beds and a queen bed! The hallway bathroom has a shower and tub combination and a door with outdoor access.

Additionally, down the street is a free AMI trolley stop that will take you and your guests around the entire 7-mile island, including the unique restaurants and island boutiques along Pine Ave or to the other end to Bridge Street, where you can fish with the locals and find local treasures to take home.
