Just outside the town of Sant Llorenç des Cardassar you will find the beautiful Finca Tenja with its quiet, idyllic location and excellent infrastructure. The 2-storey Finca is situated on a 15938 m² property with mountain view and offers a comfortable living/dining room, a very well-equipped, charming country house kitchen, 4 bedrooms (one with a queen size bed, 2 with 2 single beds and one with a single bed) as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 7 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, fans, satellite TV, a baby cot and a high chair. Outside there is a covered terrace with comfortable lounge furniture, a barbecue and a dining area. Enjoy freshly prepared meals here and drink a glass of wine in good company in the evening while lounging on the outdoor sofa. The absolute highlight of the accommodation is the almost 40 m² private pool, which is lined with an outdoor shower, sun loungers and sunshades. Take some time out, surrounded by rolling hills and fields, while enjoying the rural atmosphere. Shopping facilities, restaurants, bars and cafés can be reached in 3.5 km or after 7 minutes by car and dream beaches such as Cala Millor, Sa Coma or Costa dels Pins can be reached after 15 km or 20 minutes by car.

Sehr schönes Haus mit super Ausstattung in ruhiger Lage

Pros: Ein wirklich schönes Haus mit Pool und allem was man sich so für eine schöne Zeit mit Freunden und Familie so vorstellt. Auch die Gastgeberin war super hilfsbereit und vertrauensvoll. Wir waren wirklich äußerst zufrieden.

Aufenthalt und Betreuung waren super ☀️🙌🏻 Tolles Haus!

Pros: Pool war super! Haus war gut ausgestattet. Haben uns sehr über die Luftmatratzen im Pool gefreut. Toller Außenbereich und viele Sitz-\Liegemöglichkeiten. Große BluetoothBox war ebenfalls vorhanden. Uns wurde extra eine Paella Pfanne gebracht. Danke für tolle 5 Tage 🙏🏻💜 Cons: Man ist nicht ganz so abgeschottet wie man denkt - aber das lag ggf am Wind, dass die Nachbarn die Musik gehört haben.

Schöne Vermietungsfinca

Wir, 4 Erwachsene, waren im September/Oktober in der Finca. Die mallorquinischen Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Sie kamen 1mal pro Woche zum Saubermachen und zum Bettwäsche- und Handtuchwechsel. Die Finca liegt ruhig ca. 2 km außerhalb des Ortes. .

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Pros: Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen, der Pool war super und die Gastgeber immer gut erreichbar, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der Ausfall des warmen Wassers wurde umgehend behoben. Cons: Die Spülmaschine hat leider nicht immer gute Arbeit geleistet.

Alles Wunderbar !!!!!

Pros: Es war ein sehr schöner und entspannter Urlaub. Es fing beim Check in an der sehr herzlich und unkompliziert war. Da Franziska/Sebastian sehr gut Deutsch sprechen und vorher schon Kontakt über Whats App stattgefunden hatte. Der Pool wurde alle zwei Tage vom Besitzer gereinigt, und er hatte auch immer noch Zeit für Unterhaltungen und Tipps. Des weiteren wurden kleine Mängel wie der Ausfall des W-lans oder des Generators sofort behoben. Ich möchte mich dafür noch einmal bei Sebastian und Franziska bedanken. Um es kurz zu fassen; Es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir vor Ort gleich wieder für`s nächste Jahr gebucht haben. Cons: Alles Top
