This is a free standing villa with over 3,500 square feet, private infinity edge pool, and fully appointed kitchen. Two of the three bedrooms are available, and you will have the house to yourself. Each bedroom has an attached full bath and private view of the ocean. The villa is situated to capitalize on the sunsets with 180 degree view of the ocean in front and 180 degree views of the mountains behind. It is located the first hill from the beach so you sit above the palm trees, but yet only 500 meters from the beach so you can see and hear the waves.
