Stay in an established neighborhood close to shopping, Shasta Lake, and 2.2 miles to Bethel church. 2 miles to I-5 and 1.8 miles to Raleys. Private master bedroom and bath, connected to a single-family residence, some walls connect but no one has access to that space but the guest. Guests do not access the main part of the home. Double patio doors provide a separate entrance with queen size bed, updated tiled bathroom, hanging rack for clothes, dining table and two chairs, TV with Apps, microwave, and mini-fridge. Free WIFI.
Sorry, no pets ( even special service dogs) no kids, no smoking.

Within 10 mins of Shasta Dam for a tour. Or an hour to the ski lifts.

The Sheets were dirty and some of the dishes dirty there was dust and dirt under the bed had to ask for a desk lamp that finally came the day before we were leaving. The bulb did not work in the lamp had to borrow from the other lamp there next to bed. The owner was not around. said that she was away that week. The Bed was hard and it just wasn't a good stay for us

We are sorry for this review . We gave you a refund for your inconvenience. We did not hear from you on what you needed when asked , then you asked and I ordered a lamp that was next day delivered but came much later than promised from the vendor, we didn't want to disturb you that late. . My partner was there the whole time , she brought you the lamp . Which was a touch lamp and there was nothing wrong with the bulb . Even when I was not there ,I responded to you every time you asked for anything . We get many people actually love the bed . Also we haven't been marked down for cleanness .. but the cleaner recommended me to mark you down for how dirty you left the place . I chose not to do that .

This is a great place to stay for a night or two- think comfortable hotel room, but with treats, a great coffee/tea station, and safe, quiet neighborhood. The bed was comfy, communication with Sierra was good, she's really responsive. The room is attached to the main house, with a shared wall, so there can be a little noise, but nothing like you get in a hotel. I felt very much at home there, and would stay again.

Ac is only a year old : a breaker needed to be replace . That is why we refunded a night to you . It was working good the next night , but I am sorry . It is hard to get an electrician on Sunday .
