This is your own private studio with separate external access via the side of our home. The studio is attached to the main house by one shared wall, while the backyard lawn area is shared.

Karina is a serious coffee enthusiast and previously owned a café in New Zealand. She roasts her own signature organic coffee blend at home—and guests often tell us it’s some of the best coffee they’ve had in Redding. You be the judge.
