Great spot in Holgate!

Tom and his wife were great host and their place in Holgate is wonderful! We stayed for three weeks and it was the perfect base for exploring the south end of LBI. If it’s available next summer we will absolutely try and book again!

Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this house! Tom was a fantastic host and was incredibly responsive to my MANY messages. He always answered quickly and was very helpful throughout our stay.The house had plenty of space for everyone, and it was great that everyone had their own bedroom and bed. The living space was very comfortable, and we especially enjoyed having a large kitchen table and plenty of counter space. It made it easy for everyone to sit together and enjoy meals.We didn't get to use the outdoor space much, mostly because of the flies. We also had to empty the dehumidifier on the ground floor at least twice a day, so we were very glad that was available.My only suggestions would be to give the couch covers a little update and perhaps add some covers to the kitchen chairs. Otherwise, everything worked well for us.We had a fantastic week! The weather was perfect, the water was a great temperature, and the walk to the beach wasn't bad at all. We were happy to get the extra exercise!Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back. Thank you, Tom, for being such a great host!
