Look no further! Stayed here for 9 nights with a family of 5. Could not have been more perfect. Bicycles , beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, wave boards, beach towels, all available for use. Few minute walk to the oceanfront in a quiet neighborhood. Spacious inside with a wrap around fenced in yard and two large outdoor porches. We grilled out using the charcoal grill on the patio, kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to cook, even glass storage containers for leftovers. Really this place is a gem. We felt so lucky to find this home and hope to be back again. Sharon is an absolute delight and takes much pride in her property and it shows.

Perfect location for a week at the beach

As our first trip back to Virginia Beach since before the pandemic, this was the perfect place for our group of 6. The house had everything we needed, and was super convenient to the beach. Loved everything about it!

Phenomenal stay

We couldn’t have Ben with our accommodations! They had everything we needed and more! The only negative was the marathon that was going on Sunday morning and we had a hard time finding our way out of the neighborhood to church! We loved everything about the house and would definitely stay here again!

September at Beach

Great place to bring our dog. Had to walk across Atlantic Ave. to get to the beach, but it wasn’t a problem. Fun to people watch from deck as access road is busy with people taking walks and biking. Would stay again.

Great location! You Cross the street and walk a short block and the beach path is right there. There is an excellent kitchen. This is the most well stocked kitchen I’ve ever had in all my years of renting vacation spots and I thank the owner for this!! We had everything we needed including storage containers for leftovers! Excellent outdoor space as well with beautiful landscaping. The beach cart was a game changer! It fit our 4 chairs, backpack cooler, towel bag, and our ninja beach canopy. There were no beach chairs in the rental (this is just fyi not a complaint). The only downside is that the one bedroom with the 2 twin beds had no privacy curtain covering the French doors. Our adult daughters slept there so they needed to change in the bathroom. There is also no storage space in that room (no closet or dresser) so all of that was inconvenient. The bed mattresses in the other 2 rooms weren’t the best but also weren’t the worst! The sheets were very rough. But overall we had a lovely lovely stay here. The neighborhood is also great. We heard the tenant on the 2nd floor in the morning just like you would in your own house but it never woke anyone up…she is very quiet.

we enjoyed our stay, i will add the deck was nice but needs some repair. and we were ask to strip beds and vacum ( the vacum was not very user friendly) and this should be part of why we pay cleaning fee.

Wedding Weekend

The home was beautiful and charming, beds were so comfy, area was absolutely perfect. The gardens were an extra added benefit that was perfectly maintained and gorgeous to look at....what a peaceful place. The owner was welcoming and kind. I would recommend this home to anyone. Perfect for our family

4 adults and a toddler had a wonderful time at this rental. It was spacious, clean, and well appointed. We wish we could have stayed longer! The only thing we would have liked was an option for privacy for the twin bed room such as a room divider or curtain for the glass doors. Also 9am check out is very early! The homeowner is very nice and you will likely cross paths during your visit. We look forward to booking here again!

A great location, large fenced yard, dog friendly. Older home so just be prepared for that. Lots of instructions / owners notes and cabinets / family photographs which is not typical for most vrbos in my experience. Mattresses could use an upgrade and no privacy in the twin bedroom. Really functional for our party of 4, and can’t beat the location / parking / yard

Such a cute seaside retreat

This place had everything we needed and then some. The house is very clean and the decorating is perfect for a seaside retreat. We met the owner Sharon and she couldnt have been nicer. My father walks with a cane and has difficulty getting around. He had no problems at all. We will definately check to see if this house is available for our next visit to see family in Virginia. Thank you for a lovely, memoral time.
