This 8th-floor studio with a STUNNING view of the amazing Emerald Coast is the perfect getaway for a couple or small family to share while they explore Florida's Gulf Coast. Within steps of Florida's white sandy beaches, fantastic nightlife, and dining, it has the perfect location.

This recently remodeled and elegant Gulf front studio can sleep up to four guests comfortably. The condo comes with a small but fully-equipped kitchen with everything needed to cook delicious meals. Enjoy your meal sitting in the cute dining area. Sleep soundly in a new King-size bed fit for a king and queen. Note that the unit also offers a leather sofa sleeper. (full size), Relax while watching a movie with a 65-inch smart TV. This condo also provides a small full bathroom and a walk-in closet for ample storage space.

The condo does not have a private balcony but, its large bay window can be open to hear the sound of the Majestic Gulf of Mexico. Every floor has 2 common balconies with comfortable chairs to sit and enjoy.

Splash around in the pool, play a few rounds of shuffleboard, or host cookouts in the BBQ area. Post photos to social media with WiFi in the common area on the first floor, and stay fit in a fitness room. Soak up the sun on the sundeck, or head out to the beach for surfing, sandcastle building, or beachcombing.

Spring Break Experience

When we first got there the lock on the door took 1 million tries to finally get it open. The floors were sandy, some of the outlets didn’t work, only one stove eye worked out of 4, the tv also would not turn on. The location was nice however because it was on the beach and close walk to the bars. The main thing about this property was that the door lock was always a hassle, so we ended up just keeping the door unlocked because we could never get it open easily. It kept saying “low battery” so we were scared we would get locked out permanently. Overall not a bad place, and had enough space for four 21 year old girls.

The door lock code would not open the door unless you pulled and pushed the door a specific way, the ventilation in the bathroom looked like mold/dust needed to be cleaned from it. Besides that, it was a very comfortable room, great AC, comfy beds, all of the kitchen stuff was there. Overall pleased.

Missing information!

When booking the condo there was no mention of also paying for a parking pass upon arrival. There was no mention of only receiving ONE parking pass and not being able to have TWO vehicles! The room was dirty there was an extremely strong spray paint/fume smell in the room. Not only was this horrible to smell and caused my daughter a migraine but it also can be harmful! There was no ventilation and no windows to open so it was just "stuck" in the room! Horrible!

Needs updates & better cleaning service.

Restroom needs new door, cabinets, shower, and exhaust. Mold was on ceiling in shower area. Commode did not flush properly. Storage closet needs cleaned and organized. Floor fan needs vent cleaned. Outlet beside tv stand needs wiring repair. Chairs & cushions beside bed have mold all over them. Ceiling fan & kitchen light need wiring repairs. All other customers had beach umbrellas & chairs included in package we had to pay $35/per day. Very unsatisfied with our visit to this unit.
