The apartment is over a restaurant that is on the beach. The views and the books are absolutely wonderful and the town is well maintained. The property commands an awesome view of the sea and the bay. The property manager is absolutely amazing. Her name is Ann and she was so incredibly helpful And friendly and really interested in us

L'appartement est conforme au descriptif, très bien entretenu, c'est grand, très bonne literie, belle cuisine, très beau salon, rien à redire. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire et Anne au petit soin pour nous recevoir et nous conseiller. On a loué en avril sous un beau soleil, la vue de l'appartement est splendide, vous ne louperez pas les marées et la moindre activité dans la mer. Pas de stationnement privé mais en avril, pas de soucis pour se garer à proximité. Restaurants et commerces dans la rue. Le restaurant en bas de la résidence ne nous a pas accommodé. Beaucoup de choses à visiter dans toutes les directions. Benodet est une ville charmante de Bretagne.

Bel appartement plein centre ville avec vue mer et plage

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cet appartement confortable en front de mer avec une vue dont on ne se lasse pas ! L’appartement est spacieux, propre et lumineux. Le bruit des vagues pour s’endormir est magique, et avoir la mer comme télévision est un privilège ! Spectacle permanent et vivant. L’accueil de Anne est très agréable, avec le sourire. Merci pour votre disponibilité ! Bonne communication également avec M. Le Doaré, le propriétaire. A savoir l’appartement bénéficie d’un local vélo et est central : on peut se rendre à st Marine (en face) et l’île tudy par le petit bac avec le vélo, puis rejoindre Loctudy. J’en ai croisé qui allaient même jusque la Forêt fouesnant. Joli littoral à découvrir ou redécouvrir. Le restaurant en dessous de l’appartement ne nous a pas gêné. Fermeture de celui-ci vers minuit. Joli feu d’artifice que nous avons pu admirer depuis l’appartement en direct, puisqu’il était tiré sur la plage ! Merci pour ce séjour.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche mit Strandleben, Radtouren und Relaxen. Perfekt, direkt nach dem frischen Schwimmen eine heiße Dusche, Restaurant oder die eigene gut ausgestattete Küche. Dabei ein Abstellraum für 2 Fahrräder.

Eine Traumwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung war top. Man kann nur 5 Sterne vergeben, verdient hat sie 7. Wir kamen an und dachten, wo sind wie gelandet. Keine Hausnummer, wo war die Wohnung? Das Haus sah schrecklich aus von außen. Wir wurden aber nach einem Anruf von Anne empfangen und sie hat uns die Wohnung gezeigt. Ein Traum. Der Blick und die Nähe zum Strand, einfach wundervoll. Und dann die Ausstattung. Die Küche bittet alles auf was man braucht, Herd, Mikrowelle, Backofen alles in super Qualität von Bosch. Kaffeemaschine, Nespresso Maschine, Toaster und der Riesenkühlschrank mit großem Tiefkühler. Die Küche war komplett ausgestattet und wir hatten jeden Platz den wir für unsere Sachen brauchten. Im Flur gab es einen riesigen Schrank in dem man alles unterbringen konnte. Den riesigen Kleiderschrank haben die Bilder der Anzeige auch nicht gezeigt, er war aber da. Dann noch die super Betten. Eigentlich schreibe ich keine so langen Bewertungen, aber hier hat es uns so gut gefallen. Es ist sagenhaft. Eben ein Traum. Hätten wir es gewusst, hätten wir 2 Wochen über FeWo gebucht. 3 Wochen würde wir auch ohne Probleme aushalten. Es wäre eben kein Aushalten sondern ein erleben.Danke Denis und Anne.

Magnifique Finistère Sud

Un appartement idéalement situé, une vue magnifique…idéal pour rayonner dans le Finistère Sud et découvrir la beauté et la diversité de cette région. Bruit le soir du restaurant « Sans Souci » on s habitue vite. Dans les chambres à l arrière il faut dormir fenêtre fermée. Encore merci à Anne pour son accueil, sa disponibilité et sa réactivité.
