We live in the Paris region with our daughter but maintain a strong link with Benodet where we go whenever we can to recharge ourselves with the sea air, crepe pancakes and seafood.

Why they chose this property

We are very attached to this house that belonged to the grandparents of my wife. She spent all of her holiday there since childhood. The apartment is now living a second life since its complete renovation and our little daughter can now also enjoy the pleasures of this lovely region.

What makes this property unique

We particularly appreciate the exceptional sea views and and the fact that it's just there in front of us, as well as the fact that it's quiet (something you don't find easily on the seafront in a seaside station).
Being in direct access to the large garden of the condo from the terrace is also very welcome as we are not confined to the space of the apartment.
