The property is located in a cabin/villa on Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort which is 5 miles North of Gatlinburg city. The building has six units per level. This unit is the Grand- deluxe version which has one bedroom with King bed and jacuzzi bath and balcony. There is a Queen sleeper sofa in the lounge giving a total occupancy of eight for the unit. It features a fully equipped kitchen with stove fridge/freezer, dish washer, washer and dryer.
Guests have access to all facilities and services provided on this elite resort. There is a large indoor water park and several heated outdoor pools. The premier pool... the "Infinity pool" is at the top of the mountain.
There is a shuttle for the resort and low cost shuttle to and from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

Location Location Location

Beautiful property built in the hills of rural Gatlinburg with excellent service and conveniently located on route of the Free Trolly to and from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Another free shuttle on property is available to get you up and down the mountain to access the pools, zip line, restaurant and water park. The staff is amazing with daily texts letting you know what’s happening daily on property. I was very disappointed in the owner that we rented from. The Full Service Grand Deluxe Suite that I paid for was Not what the owner paid for. This was a time share and I bought his week. We were assigned a standard one bedroom suite on the bottom floor with a view of the parking lot above. I contacted the owner and he was apologetic but offered No compensation for the less than Grand Deluxe accommodations. Did not spend much time in our room since there is so much to see and do in the area. As is always the case. Be careful whom you are renting from.

I am sorry that for the first time I have received this negative review. The fact that Curt was allocated to a Standard condo was my error. I assumed the Westgate description described a Grand Deluxe apartment I now know the description cannot be used to differentiate the properties. With regard to the cost this was as listed for Standard apartment to which Curt was allocated. .

Our experience

Overall the resort is beautiful, comfy and all staffs was nice. The check in process was a little behind they should have all rooms clean and ready for as soon the guest comes to check in. But most deff will be coming back again to this resort.
