CHARMING HOUSE ILE DE RÉ - in the heart of the village of Loix

Old house located in the heart of the authentic village of Loix, located very close to shops and the village square but also close to the small calm and guarded beach of Grouin.

Ideal for a family with young children. Everything is accessible on foot or by bike.

The house includes a pleasant living room with a sitting area, a fully equipped open kitchen opening onto the terrace, three bedrooms with double beds and wardrobes, a bathroom with independent toilets, a mezzanine with a bunk bed and a point of water that can accommodate children.

Quiet and comfortable, the house also benefits from a small tree-lined and sunny garden enclosed by walls, a terrace (which can be covered with a blind) and a garage for one car with bicycles available.

Loix is a charming village with a sweet atmosphere where life is good and is a privileged place to discover the salt marshes. It is ideally located in the center of Ile de Ré, allowing quick access to other villages by car or bicycle thanks to the cycle tracks (very close to the house.)

Cette jolie maison typique de Ré plaira aux amoureux des vieilles pierres. Elle a conservé son charme d’antan, son parquet qui chante, son petit patio fleuri entouré de murs. La rue est assez passante pour qui a le sommeil léger mais le village de Loix reste notre préféré pour séjourner sur l’île.

Das Häuschen ist wunderschön, authentisch und gemütlich, und es enthält alles, was man braucht. Das geschützte Draußensitzen haben wir außerdem genossen. Außerdem waren wir dankbar dafür, dass wir die Fahrräder benutzen durften, da wir nur eins mitbringen konnten. Sophie ist sehr freundlich und entspannt. Ein kleiner negativer Aspekt ist die Lage der Toilette, da man durch die Garage gehen muss, das kann nachts mal zum Problem werden. Der Nachteil eines alten Dorfhauses ist auch der Geruch, den man aus Schränken und Räumen leider nicht rauskriegt, sodass wir ihn auch mit nach Hause genommen haben. Das erwähne ich der Vollständigkeit halber, denn wir haben uns insgesamt wohlgefühlt.

Superbe maison, très bien située (Loix est un petit village très agréable et moins touristique que le reste de l’île), joli jardin. L’accueil de Sophie était parfait, très aimable et disponible. Nous sommes tombés amoureux de Ré, de Loix et de la maison.

Equipement plus que complet . Chambres spacieuses, terrasse et jardin agréables . Seul PETIT inconvénient : pas de toilettes à l'étage Super : la maison se situe à 250m du centre, des commerces . Marché tous les jours et personnel du SPAR très accueillant. Séjour très agréable.

Sehr schönes kleines Haus mit Terrasse und Garten mitten im idyllischen Örtchen Loix. Sophie war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

Agréable séjour

Maison confortable et bien équipée à proximité du centre village. La terrasse équipée d'un store nous a permis de prendre tous nos repas dehors même avec une petite pluie. Seul petit point négatif, la proximité de la rue qui génère un peu de bruit le soir ou le matin.

Une magnifique petite maison, équipée de tout ce qu'il faut pour bien cuisiner et manger confortablement. Elle est très bien située, non loin de la plage et d'un petit mais charmant marché. Les hôtes sont très aimables et prévenants. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Sehr schönes Sommerhaus im Herzen des Ortes Loix

Das Haus liegt in der Ortslage Loix mit seinen schönen engen Gassen. Man kann bequem mit dem Fahrrad (gegen Nutzererklärung vom Gastgeber gestellt)zum Markt und zum Strand fahren. Das Haus ist im Sommer gut gekühlt auch ohne Klimaanlage. Die technische Gebäudeausrüstung mit allen Geräten funktioniert sehr gut. Die Gastgeber (französisch/englisch Sprache) sind sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar.

Zentral gelegenes Haus in Fussweite zur Ortsmitte

Mit 3 kompletten Schlafzimmern, ein weiteres Stockbett für 2 Kinder in einer Nische, gut eingerichtete Wohnküche, alles kompakt und alles vorhanden. Schöner kleiner, nicht einsehbarer Garten. Vom Haus aus kann man Bäckerei, kleinen Sparladen, Markt und Restaurant zu Fuss erreichen. Kleine Garage, eher für die Fahrräder. Danke an die Gastgeberin Madame Collin mit sehr netter Kommunikation!

Petite maison pleine de charme et chaleureuse bien située dans Loix, à proximité du marché et non loin de la plage. Le jardin est très agréable également. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour en famille après avoir été très bien accueillis par la propriétaire!
