Villa Lomaniños is a unique beachfront villa located directly on the breathtaking Playa Las Ballenas, the most beautiful beach of Las Terrenas. The entrance is to a private parking accessible from the dead end road along the beach

Optional daily cook service, up to 3 meals per day.

Offering AirCo in all 7 bedrooms with king size bed, 7 bathrooms en suite, one TV/bedroom with two twin beds using one of the adjacent bathrooms, 1 half-bathroom, Billiard, WiFi, Large pool with baby pool, outdoor kitchen, dining- and living area around the pool. Satellite TV. Large private tropical garden. 24/7 security. Optional daily cook service.

The villa is situated on walking distance (1,5 km) from the Fishermen's village (Pueblo de Pescadores) of Las Terrenas, a village with many foreign residents. Las Terrenas is known for its lush, green flora and fauna, its beautiful abandoned beaches, waterfalls and adorable people. But also for its outstanding, international level of bars, restaurants and nightlife. From January till April is the whale watching season.

The closest airport to Las Terrenas is El Catey (AZS) 25 mins by car. Direct flights from Montreal, Toronto.

Own water supply.

Daily housekeeping, pool cleaning and gardening. Optional Cook service. They can prepare breakfast, lunch and/or dinner and do your shopping.

Electricity is included, but cost of using the air conditioning will be charged separately.
The Villa has an electricity fall back system (batteries and solar panels) to guarantee supply of electricty during powercuts of the local electricity company. In such situations however some equipment is not operational (AC, Micro wave f.e). For long outages there is a generator.

We are an internationally oriented, originally Dutch couple, having lived in a number of countries before discovering and falling in love with Las Terrenas at the first visit in 2003.
We like the authentic, yet international environment, its wonderful climate and above all the very kind and hospitable local people. Also our grown up children and their children like to come to Las Terrenas regularly which is why we have built a new beachfront house next to the existing house.
We are quite busy with the two houses but also have our own company, importing various goods from Europe.

Villa Lomaniños is a newly built, luxury Caribbean beachfront house at the most beautiful beach in Las Terrenas, Playa Las Ballenas. With its magnificent view on the three "ballenas" from nearly all angles, its spacious living, cooking and dining area and the large pool with lounge corner, outdoor kitchen and outdoor dining table, all in a large tropical garden, the villa offers a unique experience. The villa allows larger (family) groups to enjoy a fantastic holiday including full time staff without compromising on authentic, home feeling atmosphere, offering complete privacy.
